Precise Resort Schwielowsee

Das Hotel ist im Kolonialstil gestaltet. Seine Lage in schöner Natur. Der Speiseraum etwas zu klein und deshalb zu laut un überfüllt. Das Essen ist gut, aber nicht sehr gut. Der Fitnessraum ist nett aber die Geräte eher lieblos. Sauna ok, etwas klein und Swimmingpool innen und außen ganz ordentlich. Nur eine gemeinsame Bettdecke ist nicht unser Ding.

Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl ! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Well, first of all it is very elegant and old-style hotel, very very nicely located, and at any time of the year it is nice to visit that. I like that big rooms with high cellings, friendly staff and overall atmosphere. Price for room for 1 person in non-high season in winter is very attractive. Food is pretty ok, selection is ok, though some food is repeated day after day (meaning not breakfast but dinner), just be more varietal. However hotel has things which they need to work on already now. - in the conference building in men's toilet it was a disgusting smell of pee, and the cabins were quite used and old. Should be renovated definitely. - I would suggest to improve connection with taxies - it was very hard to order taxi - they literally dont want to come and it is long period of waiting. May be it was some specific period, but I was told it is a constant problem there. Standard Berlin Taxi is not working there (like Taxi Funk) For sure - during the summer time the atmosphere there should be very very nice. Improve hotel and it will be much better

This is an ok resort, however you can easily tell that it is old and nothing has been done in a while. Looking at the website you get the sense that it is a family place, but I will not recommend bringing small kids. You fell that they are just in the way by the employees and by the other guests - even at the pool and it the pool area which are occupied by mainly old people who just want the surrounding to be quite. We chose on of the houses and it is impossible to have your small kids to fall a sleep since there is no way to keep the light out since there are small windows everywhere without curtains and the few curtains in the house are thin and white. I am sure it is a nice play for people without kids but if you want to be able to relax a bit your self as a parents this is not the place

Firstly, I would like to advise people to ignore all the 1 and 2 and mostly 3 star reviews for this resort.They are unfair and although some people do have bad experiences this resort should not be avoided as I really don't feel they reflect the true image of this resort. For any golfers the two main course (Faldo and Palmer) are fantastic.Palmer is prettier and easier, honestly the Faldo off the tee is very tough,after that it is playable. Accommodation,we had a suite.It was lovely and was cleaned everyday by the friendliest staff ever. We had a few small issues, no iron or ironing board in the room. No daily water, we thought for a suite that would be provided. Pool area, this was fab,as was the sauna.Excellent all round and pool meandours from indoor to outdoor and is heated. Food,food in the restaurant just off the property was excellent and the food in the hotel and golf club was nice also.Our main issue was the lack of options during the day,very limited menu. Breakfast, excellent and staff were so friendly.Could not fault the breakfast in any way. Prices,my only real issue apart from the lack of food options during the day was the strange excessive pricing on certain items.A large 1 lt bottle of water was €8,I refused to pay,told the guy tap water will do. In the clubhouse they serve a large coke poured from a bottle that has the €1 price on it for €5.50. Now that's just wrong and needs to be sorted. Car park,their is a public car park that is around €5 per day,to park in the underground hotel car park is €12 per day.To me,in a resort which is around 45 minutes south of Berlin this is excessive. I had a few small issues and the manager came out straight away and explained they are finding it difficult to get staff. This is understandable and he seemed genuine. I should also add that the private beach is amazing and the water is almost tepid. To sum up I would come here again,the location is great,the staff are excellent and with a few tweaks here and there this resort especially when you consider the golf course quality could be very sought after.

The Hotel and grounds look beautiful but cannot quite live up to the standard you would expect. Our room was quite large and the view from the balcony really nice. The bed was also large and looked comfy. However, the mattress on my side of the bed was well worn with somewhat of a dent in the middle. Never mind the bed - the first night I slept like a baby and had a wonderful rest. The second night we could hear the guests above us moving about (sounded like furniture being moved) so it may be a good idea to ask for a room on the upper floor. I was surprised that the room did not have any coffee or tea kettle available - but I should have informed myself before booking. We had drinks and dinner in the bar the first night. The bar tender/waiter was very nice and attentive, drinks were good. However, the half duck from the menu turned out to be just duck breast (which is okay but should be stated as such on the menu). Breakfast buffet was quite elaborate - nice fresh fruit, good selection of bread, rolls, sweet rolls, cold, cuts, cheeses and so on. I ordered an Egg Benedict and what I received was quite astonishing: the egg which sat on a soggy piece of toast with a couple of slices of ham and spinach was cooked in a way that I still puzzle now how it was done - the egg yolk was almost cooked through and hard while the egg white was hardly cooked at all and slithered all over the entire dish. I have never been served anything looking like this and cannot even imagine how the kitchen managed to cook an egg this way? When I told the waitress that this was not good at all she just shrugged her shoulders... All in all our stay was okay - but did not quite deliver to our expectations. Which is really too bad - we would have loved to return as we really enjoy lake side stays.
