Our experience was back on December 28,2022 We made reservations the room was nice and cleaned the problem was after we left the room and went out for dinner. The key was broken and the real thing was some how they give us the wrong keys we have a video from room 205 all the keys were wrong and the locks were broken,sadly we didn’t have no choice to leave the place because there was nothing else available they charged $30.00 for new set of key we felt disappointed that night. The fun was on the poolside big rats 🐀 I have videos to proves all this.

What can I say. From the moment we walked into the lobby until we left our stay was great. We won’t stay anywhere else on Roatan and we have stayed several other places in the past. The young man and the front desk was fantastic! Great English. His name in Michael. We changed rooms to the 4th floor and he helped us with our heavy suitcases all the way up. Professional. Courteous. Nice. He answered all our questions and when I asked for something at breakfast and then changed my mind when he brought it he gave me what I wanted without a moments hesitation. We are a less than 5 minute walk from the beach and away from all the noise. Really quiet here. Nice pool area. I can’t say enough about how clean and comfortable it is. The price was almost half what the hotels on the beach charge. 5 big stars.

This is was a great place to stay at, the room was super spacious, AC worked perfectly, room was spotless every time we came back from the beach (which just a few minute walk). When we went, there were heavy rains, so not sure if that was the reason why the water was a bit brownish, so we used bottled water to brush our teeth, also when the power went out due to the rain, I was really surprised that they didn't have a power generator available. everyone around us had one and this hotel didn't. oh yeah and no elevator, so my pregnant wife was struggling a bit to go up 3 flights of stairs. Overall if those thing doesn't bother you, I would def stay in this place again. Great location in the West Bay area, breakfast free and good typical Honduran food.

I stayed at their sister hotel for 2 nights. The date was booked by mistake, I and ********** tried for several days to ask for a refund, a credit anything!! The manager very rudely just said no. Believe the other not so wonderful reviews about this place - they're true.

Where can i start...Lets begin with my arrival my checkin time was 3pm so I arrived at 3:30 so there wouldn't be any wait for me having to wait for the room to be ready, so much for my heads up thinking, because the front desk said that there was an issue with the internet so they would not be able to assign me a room until it came back up. After having to wait around in the hot lobby for 45minutes. The room had a number of issues starting with the safe that was not secured to the floor which makes on senses whatsoever the wifi didnot work for my entire 3 day stay the shower head was malfunctioning and there was no refigrator in the room when i brought it to the front desk attention i was told that it would be a additional

We ended up here after a problem with our reservation at another hotel. It turned out to be a really nice experience. Sterling and David and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make things good for us. The room was large and in 3 weeks time we never heard a sound at night. The water in the shower could be a bit warmer but it was acceptable. Don't go if you plan to work remote and need good wifi, they were really struggling with their provider to make it work well, but the cell service was generally acceptable for data. An excellent value for the money

Fuimos dos veces a este Hotel West Bay Colonial en Roatán en mayo y agosto del 2022, Este hotel esta ubicado como a 300 metros del mar en una zona altamente turística y con una Plaza de Comidas a 100 metros, las habitaciones son sumamente amplias y limpias y cuenta con Piscina y la vista de desde las habitaciones del centro arriba son espectaculares.

Hay que hacer mantenimiento y modernizar el hotel . Hay que comprar filtros para agua potable , pues estaba amarilla debido que no había sistema De filtrado. El personal son amables y atenciosos y hacen lo pueden . Poner secadora de pelo en los baños .
