Caribe Tesoro

A trip worth making this resort is amazing. Very quiet… I love the saltwater pool. Staff is amazing. The hospitality is impeccable… You’ll just enjoy like a home away from home stay! This resort has spectacular views while having breakfast - the food and drinks are excellent! It’s tucked away when you want peace and quiet a beautiful spot, a true getaway!

I have a private home on Roatan however we frequent Carib Tesoro often to enjoy their delicious top notch food and drink. We have never been disappointed. Great spot to watch the sunset or take a dip in their waterfront pool with a swim up bar. Can't wait for our next visit!!

What a great place to stay for my son's first trip out of The States. Prior to checking in, I emailed with the front desk back and forth (they had to have gotten tired of me but they never showed it lol) to arrange hotel transports and excursions. We were well set up ahead of time, making it much easier on me and my anxiety. The villa was drop dead gorgeous, well-appointed and so comfortable (Reef Villa). It was poolside so we could sit on our patio and watch my 7-year-old easily when we weren't also at the pool. Renee (at the bar) was so accommodating, he insisted on bringing food and drinks to us even when I offered to come back and pick them up from him. My son swam so much in their super unique pool that features not one but two waterslides. They even have a cool dock with stairs leading straight into the ocean. We would absolutely return to Caribe Tesoro if given the chance and will recommend to anyone asking about where to stay in Roatan.

We have been coming here for years. It is our stopover before going home to the Utila Cays. The staff is so friendly and the food is always amazing. On this trip we decided to stay two days because we are waiting for a friend to arrive. The Resort is currently in the middle of renovations and it was very noisy over our room (Seahorse). I asked the staff how much longer will the construction continue and they said all week. I asked if we could upgrade and I would cover any additional cost and they not only upraded us to a suite but also gave us a huge discount. The office went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We stayed in the Sueños suite and it was spectacular!

Beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful staff. The seafood soup was the best ever! Excellent food and drinks. We had a slight problem in our first room but they moved it s to the beautiful Sirena room with a view. Shout out to Nellie! But the entire staff was exceptional. They were constantly cleaning and making sure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay at the Caribe Tesoro, and I definitely will be back. The first time was with my wife for an anniversary celebration a couple of years ago, and we fell in love with the resort and with Roatan. I came back by myself this year for diving and again had a great experience. The complimentary breakfast is quick, good and super convenient, and the location is perfect - toward the end of the main beach area so it's fairly quiet, but close enough to that row of restaurants, bars, hotels, and shops that anything along the West Bay beach is easily reachable by foot. The CT staff is super friendly and helpful, and worked to make everything very easy, including scheduling rides to and from the airport. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is ALL absolutely wonderful. Everyone from security to the housekeeping is friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful and all the beaches right in walking distance. Location is easy to get to and easy parking. Everything about this place is great. Highly recommended and we will diffently come and stay again.

We have been travelling to Roatan for the past 12 years, during the Christmas/New Years period and stay for 3 weeks. We have stayed at several resorts, but, 4 years ago found Caribe Tesoro. The resorrt was recommended to us by a Roatan resident. we were greeted at the airport by a friendly driver and driven to the resort. Upon arrival we were taken back by the beauty of the main building, and the well manicured gardens. Checkin was easy and we were led to our room. I can say without reservation that the room was very well furnished, and extremely clean and orderly. After settling in we met our room maid and she wanted and she wanted to know if we had any special requests. We took a tour of the grounds and found the pool spectacular. There were more than sufficient lounges, chairs, tables to accomodate all of the residents. Many nights we dined on the pier. The food was exceptional and varied for all tasts, and the service was excellent. Many nights there is entertainment on the pier during dinner. Some nights we dined on the balcony which overlooked the pool. Adjacent to the pool is a pool bar, which you can swim to or sit at the bar. One of our pleasures was to sit on the balcony and have a drink in the evening, always a quiet time! The staff at Caribe Tesoro is exceptional, they are very accomodating and professional, nothing is too much trouble. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Miss Victoria. She is most helpful and guided us to many attractions in the area, she is a wealth of information and always willing to assist us. The resort is a 2-3 minute walk to long white sand beaches, numerous restaurants, hotels and bars. Miss Victoria will assist with reservations for tours. reef snorkling and diving. The resort is child friendly, but it is quiet and relaxing. Bottom line, we will continue to return for years to come!

If you are considering a vacation in Paradise where the sunsets are specatular, the swim up bar is refreshing and the rooms are rejuvinating then Hacienda Caribe Tesoro Resort is your little peace of heaven. The staff will be family by the time you depart and your next visit will already be booked.
