TownePlace Suites Milwaukee West Bend

A modern and nicely appointed hotel that doesn’t provide housekeeping. Despite making 2 different requests to the front desk during our 4 day stay, our room was not cleaned once. The walls are not particularly thick so you can hear your neighbours if they’re noisy. The bed is very hard and the pillows thin and lumpy. We liked the location and room decor. It’s located next to The Hub, a social enterprise coffee shop that supports local charities. It’s near a pretty walking trail along the river and the downtown. There are bbqs and a sitting area out front. Staff were always friendly to us. We just don’t understand why there was zero housekeeping for a 4 day stay when we specifically asked twice and were told each time it would be done that day.

A beautiful hotel with terrific front desk welcome and service. This was completely lost when I noticed bags of trash outside virtually 50% of the rooms on my floor. Trash in the parking lot and still there morning 2. This is sort of off putting. Couple this lack of keeping the hallways and front clean with a lack of housekeeping for the room. Two nights no housekeeping? Are hotels taking advantage of the pandemic to cut way back on service? It appears so. Breakfast was ok, not great, not bad, plain old good. The room was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. I would stay again, but would ask about the hotel’s policy on keeping things clean. It’s easy to ruin a first impression. The loud “stomping “ from upstairs was very disruptive too.

I want to thank Cherrell and staff for their warm welcome. My family and I enjoyed spending time in the pool. The breakfast selection had plenty of healthy choices. The rooms and overall decor was beautiful. I would recommend this place to any traveler. We will be back again!

Attention anyone needing a hotel block for a wedding!! Amazing hotel! Especially for wedding guests! The guests all had a wonderful time & the staff on duty were so great to work with. That community area on the first floor is such a perfect area for guests to hang out together & have a great time. I know my group likes to have a good time so I truly appreciate the staff accommodating our guests & letting them have a safe, good time :) It’s hard finding a hotel that is built to have guests have a good nights rest but also have an area where guests can spend together & have the music playing without getting in trouble or affecting other hotel guests. They all had a wonderful time & had such amazing things to say about their stay at the hotel. You run a great business!

We were in the process of selling our home and realized in very short notice that we needed to move out for awhile and would need a place where I could use the wifi for work and our Newfoundland would be comfortable. Most hotels have a weight limit for dogs. I called the staff at Towneplace Suites in West Bend and they were so helpful! During our two day staff, the staff was so friendly and helpful! Amazing stay! Very clean place and wonderful patio to sit outside!

Cherrell the Manager at Marriott went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and comfortable with our stay. Her personality and bright smile was very welcoming after nine hours on the road. I definitely recommend the Marriott for anyone traveling and needing lodging in that area.
