The Stay Company, Devonshire Court

We stayed at Devonshire Court in Nottingham and overall had a comfortable time. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location — close to the city but still nice and quiet. Having a reserved parking lot was a big plus and made things easy. The place had all the basics we needed, though a couple of things could use an update. The kettle and cooking pans were quite worn out and full of scratches, so replacements would make the kitchen much better. We didn’t need to use the heating, but everything else worked fine during our stay. Check-in was simple, communication was good, and the space felt safe and well maintained. With a few small improvements, it would be an even better stay.

Great space with everything you need. Communication is easy and requests are dealt with consideration. Second time staying here and will stay again!

I booked this apartment for my partners birthday. Unfortunately upon arrival i did notice there was a lack of cleaning (hairs in both sinks, freezer grimy, skirting boards very dusting! Bed sheets had marks and a small hole, 1 of the towels had a hard & dirty mark). The apartment is very noisy with it being on a main road and we had to have the windows open due to the heat wave however on the description it does say single-room air conditioning but this in fact was 2 portable fans. The balcony was a plus feature although there was no furniture so we had to use a dining chair. The apartment is spacious but more care is needed and details advertised need updating!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The place was neat and clean, with a very nice and peaceful environment. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and had great communication throughout. I couldn’t ask for a better experience – truly top-notch in every way. Highly recommend!

Apart from the mattress being a little hard. The accommodation is s to excellent. We try to stay at Devonshire court every time we visit Nottingham. The quality of the apartments and bungalows are great at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for! Good location easy booking, check in and check out. Couldn't be e happier 😁

Thank you very much, we have received the security deposit. The hose of the hand shower was damaged and leaking water in some positions and would need to be replaced likeyou can see fromthe photo. Some areas of the apartment were not very clean.
