Located in the heart of Busselton, walking distance from the beautiful beaches of Geographe Bay and a few minutes drive to the town centre, making this the perfect location for your next getaway. A large wood fire creates a cozy atmosphere for winter nights, while the modern kitchen, complete with a scullery and coffee machine, offers everything you need to cook, entertain, or simply unwind. Our home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests across three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a generous open loft with a pull-out double sofa bed. • Master Bedroom (Ground Level): King bed, luxurious ensuite with double shower, freestanding bath, toilet, and a huge walk-in robe. Smart TV and Split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort. • Bedroom 2 (Ground Level): Queen bed • Bedroom 3 (Ground Level): Queen bed + single bunk bed—ideal for families or groups • Loft (Top Level) : Open, airy space with a double-size sofa bed Both bathrooms feature double showers for that added touch of luxury.
