Sterling Palavelli Godavari

Our stay here was very pleasant here. It was fun many activities and naresh was very kind and helpful he even put the effort to go and get necessities for a small birthday party that we wanted to celebrate. Food was good, Veg biryani was decent. River is also walkable distance.

sterlings palavelli is a beautiful place to visit..it was located in the middle of konaseema.Ambience was good.Especially Discovery activist nagesh made our trip more memorable.If u r a nature lover then sterlings palavelli shud b in ur list....

The property is about 485 kms from Hyd. Went by road. The location is fantastic. Surrounded by water bodies, and Godavari river close by. Rooms and bathrooms both are big and decent. However a lot of maintenance is required. Cleaning is not done properly. Sheets have many spots and so does furniture. Bedsheets were torn from the sides. Bathroom cloth hanger was broken. Shower knob was leaking and difficult to operate, never been repaired. Overall, once made doesn't seem like they repair things. Food is below average at best. Tried many things on menu. Even F&B manager came to fix the food, but no different. Sandwich was the same quality as roadside 20 rupees. Crispy babycorn was soggy and wet. Tomato soup was good. Cashewnut gravy curry was bad. Aloo Paratha was horrible. Dosa, idli were decent. But sambar was like rasam. Now the service - masala tea twice took 35 to 50 min to deliver. Dosa at breakfast counter took 20 min. Except for one staff, hardly anyone understands Hindi or English. They are very hardworking, but they need a lot of training. Massage / spa is new there and they have a good therapist. Did a wonderful massage, it was authentic and enjoyed it. It's such a beautiful place, but go with very low expectations of food and service, then it will be a lovely trip. I thoroughly enjoyed the views and relaxed from balcony. But if I visit ever again, will carry lots of snacks with me.

Beautiful property, Clean rooms, amazing service, tasty food, friendly staff, super quick assistance. Ignore all the negative feedback on google and visit this place. Godavari river is in walkable distance and you could do boating, few indoor games are also available. Rooms were clean and room service was also good. Papori did the best for us and made our stay do comfortable that we didn’t want to leave.

Everything from the welcome drink, the luggage assistance, the elegant rooms, wonderful in-room facilities, luscious dining, serene greenery and relaxing pool were top notch. The guest reception was truly impressive. Saibaba was of great help for luggage handling. Bhaskar ensured that we had a seamless and comfortable experience during checkout, and was really delighted to see us leave on a pleasant note. We had a few minor inconveniences at the restaurant once during lunch, but the whole place was brilliantly and effectively managed by Pabitra and Rambabu. The resort is set in a picturesque scenery and so I took great pleasure in using it in the literal sense. Many peaceful memories preserved in the beautiful images taken. The buffet at dinner and the complementary breakfast, won my heart more than my appetite. Some of the dishes could do well with some improvement (the prawn biryani was a major dissatisfaction). The rooms and the residential building were classic, vintage and had a grand look. All amenities were mostly functioning and were well maintained (the hair drier in my room was not working). I spent a lot of time in the pool which simply has the best view of the local eco environment that I know of. Most problems were small and manageable. Maintenance and renovations were also going on, which although undesirable now will make it better in the future. I appreciate Bhaskar’s passionate work again and hope to visit again sometime.

Great experience. Kids also enjoyed a lot. Resorts location is so go and very much closure to nature. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Enjoyed in restaurant with good food and nice varieties. Selection was so good. Kids enjoyed with swimming pool

Rinku sahu and papori were cery helpful. Beautiful resort with stunning views and excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive. A perfect getaway for relaxation. Highly recommend!...

Excellent property and the staffs and managers are way beyond excellent. Ms. Papori ( Front Office)has been so much helpful in guiding us and helping us with each and every bit of our requirements in the room. I would like to thank Mr Xaviers (GM) for our overall stay, Mr. Ram babu for ensuring that the food is reached on time with sufficient quantity and best quality, Mr. Bhaskar (Facilites Manager) for immediate room service and he ensured that we do not have to call them twice. I also would like to thank Mr Nagesh with our fun activities, Mr. Sudarshan and Mr. Bhaskar and Mr. Rinku (Front Office). Ms Papori, thank you so much once again. I would like to recommend highly to visit the property. Its not just the property with a scenic beauty but people here make it worth extending your stay.
