great service with great location. It's very safe place and convenient to every check points in LA

Overall a satisfactory experience of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good but could add more variety food. But not happy about the high parking fees and amenity fees which is kind of way to add additional charges to the room rate.

This is really an exceptional hotel. All of the staff seems very focused on making guests feel welcome and valued. This starts from the people who greeted us at the car and continued with every interaction that we had. The rooms are REALLY nice - with great balconies and the breakfast buffet includes nice items (the smoked salmon was a personal favorite). My family has been lucky to stay at many highly rated hotels, but the London is probably our new top hotel for service in the US. We all agreed the staff is better trained than the Four Seasons we stayed at last year in Hawaii... and the staff is ALWAYS looking for ways to care for guests. I expected to like the hotel since friends have said nice things about it, but it really exceeded our expectations and we will be returning on our next visit to LA.

房間特別大，衞生間也特別寬敞，水很大，房間還帶小陽台，住着十分舒服。酒店有一個露天平台上有放大版的國際象棋，兒子特別喜歡。酒店大堂也很氣派，自帶的餐廳yelp上打分一般，但我們都覺得非常好，料理很多細節，一看就是有用心搭配。

房間確實很大，但感覺也有點嚇人。到了之後又補交什麼amenity fee，感覺不如在洛杉磯住的另外兩個酒店好。價格確實便宜，但我更想加點錢住別的地方。早餐太不豐富，感覺不會再來。

很安全的區域 畢竟是富人明星常出沒的地方 算是比弗利山莊裡一眾高級酒店當中 性價比比較高的選擇了 三個成人住雙床套房也足夠寬敞 屋內裝修很好看 漂亮國的英倫風哈哈 陽台風景不錯 可以俯看到一大片洛杉磯城景 住了兩晚 早餐基本都一樣 就是常規的西式早餐 枕頭太軟 床墊也偏軟 支撐力不夠 睡得不夠舒服 不過這是美國酒店普遍的問題 不僅是這家酒店

房間面積很大，洗手間面積也同樣大。床和枕頭很舒服，網速可以，衞生打掃很乾凈。 周邊都是豪宅，一樓房費裏包含的早餐，可選擇的食物種類不多，但也是足夠了，如果想吃其他的也有，不過要另外付費。

房間很寬敞，兩個人的箱子都能攤開，一個觀景陽台非常漂亮，有新鮮空氣，浴室是最值得讚揚的，設施完善並且寬敞，淋雨的熱水太棒了，沖完緩解一天疲憊。自助早餐稍微簡單了一點，最重要是沒有一點熱的，冷冰冰的有點難接受😀

風景很不錯，去比弗利的購物街很近，各種牌子都能買到想要的東西

在比弗利山莊附近，離荷里活也很近，遠離市中心也很安全

酒店位置不錯，但酒店周圍環境一般。訂的套房，實際上是一大間房，雙大床，可住4人，我們免費加了一張床，非常適合一家人入住。
