The decoration of the alley in the building is unique and the room though a bit small but cozy and quite bright. However it has a subtle smoking smell despite asking for non smoking room thus had to open the window to let the air ventilation. The breakfast was acceptable

Major issues with cleanliness: musty room, itchy bedsheet, smelly new towels (with long hair strands in its inner fold!), pee-stained toilet bowl&seat upon check-in. Pool water is murky and greenish, gym smells of lingering dried sweat. Hotel decor is unique, location is great, staff is friendly. Maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of the whole hotel is a major issue.

The hotel downstairs decor is beautiful but the room cleanliness, especially the corner of the room a bit dirty . Then the room amenities not enough . Overall is ok and the swimming pool water a bit dirty too . The most satisfied part is the TV is with Netflix and YouTube. Nearby the hotel is with convenience store. indomart with walking distance

Parking space is not enough..and Wish thera are rooms without breakfast, sometime we want to have breakfast at other places

Great hotel to access JCC, we were there for the Inacraft expo. Hotel location and service was great.

Very accommodating . Would suggest travellers to come here be it business trip or personal .

The room quite dark, but I love the service, the staff are very nice and friendly.

The parking is not much but can get assist by the security but sometimes is full and needed to park further

Staff cleaning standard is very low,I complaint swimming pool is dirty, afterwards they phone me swimming was cleaned. But the pool still same, may be they only take out the floating tree leaf.Water is pastel green not transparent blue and the platform cover by dirty stain.Breakfast only suitable for S.E.A customer which is very less choice.Facilities is old especially in toilet and bathroom.Toilet door is not fully closed after used the smell full of the room .The ventilation is not enough strong.Only the location is good for eating ,which beer bar is nearby.I suggest only stay 1-2 night is better

Overall gewdd hotel in near central park mall , and yummy breakfast

the bathtub is really nice with warm water
