Lulworth Lodge

This was a lovely hotel. It was my Birthday and my partner and I decided to have the night away. I was pleasantly surprised as when we were shown our room, Rory unexpectedly offered us an upgrade for my Birthday, as an even nicer more spacious room was available. The bed was fantastic and comfy, the views from our window were superb, a nice selection of herbal and breakfast tea was available. There were 3 things that could have improved our stay to make it a 5 star rating. *Only 2 small thin toilet rolls in the bathroom and we ran out in the night. -perhaps 4 available would cover every eventually. *The shower was small and I hit my arm on the side due to lack of space. *No option for a cooked breakfast, so ended up not stopping for breakfast on this occasion, as my partner and I really wanted something wholesome to start the day, before activally getting out and about to explore before heading back home.

My fiancée and I stayed here over the Easter break. We had the most wonderful and unforgettable experience. We could not find fault in anything. The first and most important were the staff. From management to front of house and beyond. We want to name in particular Claire, Ellie and Alica, all front of house. They went the extra mile in everything. Warm, professional, high standard of service, just lovely. Then Dasha and her husband, the management team equally as wonderful. The food was outstanding, the decor, all rustic style, was stunning which followed suit in the outside seating area and the rooms. We will definitely be going back next year! Well done all at Lulworth Lodge!👍

What an exceptional little find this was. We couldn’t fault it. ! Beautiful clean rooms, lovely bedding. The food was delicious and plenty of it. Super friendly staff and the breakfast was excellent. Amazing value for money would highly recommend!

A perfect mini- break for our anniversary. We stayed for one night in a gorgeous room with balcony and view of the cove. The room was spotless and warm with a very comfortable bed. We stayed for dinner and couldn't fault anything; from the food, wine selection and ambience, even for a very quiet winters night. The young female staff members were exceptional with their friendliness and professional manner.

A fantastic little hotel , the staff are friendly helpful and nothing is too much trouble , the rooms are stylish cosy and super clean , beds sooo comfy and the food well the food is just exquisite gastronomic delights , thankyou so much we had a fantastic stay , super chilled out , would definitely recommend

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. I have stayed here with my fiancé before but came back solo during a work trip and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff are so helpful, efficient and really bubbly. The room was stunning, incredibly comfy bed and great power shower. The natural spring water, ginger biscuits and tea and coffee in the room were lovely touch and the breakfast was utterly delicious. I literally cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough. I’ve not even mentioned that it’s basically next to the cove, with awesome views of the water. Simply stunning on all counts.
