It was dirty bathroom was filthy looked like dried blood on the walls checked out early and found another place

I really enjoyed my visit at the redwood inn in west Monroe Louisiana They greeted me with southern hospitality and was very considerate of my situation.. The rooms were well prepared and very high maintenance for a very low cost..

I stay at this location at least 3 times a year when im in town. I always have a comfortable stay,I love how they remodeled the rooms.Great location near all the restaurants,convenient stores and department stores.Prices are also very reasonable,I would recommend to anyone.

Ghetto hotel. The whole building is in bad shape. No fridge or microwave. Tub still had a used loofah in it. Housekeeping never once, for 3 whole days, left us toilet paper. Only 2 towels in the room when the room was booked a month in advance for 3 people. Construction crew was there putting the 300th coat of paint on the exterior and looked at my family crazy when we were just trying to get by to get to our room. Every time I flushed the toilet it acted like it didn't want to flush. Also our door cards didn't want to work one evening and the lady at the front acted like I was bothering her.

Check in was seamless and the host was AWESOME!!! The hotel offered a microwave and fridge. The water pressure and heat to the shower was GREAT! Will stay again!! Also, close to a restaurant and shopping near by

This place had love and laughter built in my stay. I asked for towels and extra soup was sent to my room within 2 minutes. Shundreka the manager was amazing and gave me the comfort I need to come back and also to suggest this location to friends thank you !

Room was nice and clean, along with great staff to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay.Great location it's surrounded by all the good restaurants also a planet fitness across the street. It was worth my stay here and I would higy recommend.

I stayed here using my Redicard points before a group event at Camp Ch Yo Ca. This motel is very close to I20. After I checked in and went up to my room, I discovered that the door was open and the bed linens had not been changed. When I went back to the office to let them know, I was given another room of the same type and it was okay. This is basic lodging and the Wifi worked well enough that I could do my work the next morning. I did not use Zoom or other programs that use a lot of video. This place is okay if all you are interested in is a place to sleep but it has no frills.
