Am always staying and booking this hotel as staying outside jakarta is less hassle and conducting meetings here is better. The mall sumarecon is 5 minutes walk away. Service and front desk staff are always polite and helpful.

Staff are all great from security to bell to reception to room cleaners. Only big issues are pool is indoors and unheated -so water freezing cold-could not use , breakfast was Chaos with not enough staff tables not cleared so nowhere to sit and nobody apparently in charge and stale bread ( Croissants and coffee however were very good).

All staff has outstanding service mind. Even the hotel does not have many selections of food available, overall is fine. So closed to shopping mall like Summerecon sepong.

No smoking room but smoke odor was smell in the room and on the beddings . Even though already sprayed with odor spray.

Very upsad . Room housekeeping is not up to standard. Air Ventilation is bad. All of my family got flu n soat throat one by one due to the air was not recycled. Air con also not cold . Pls look into it and worst even coffee stain on the bedsheet n towel wanted to charge me with additional fee. Very upsad .
