We love the property! The landscaping and architecture are beautiful! The staff could not be more accommodating. The room is well-appointed with special touches , such as, chocolates on the pillows of the most comfortable bed. Cushy bedding. Blackout curtains. The water was hot and the shower had great pressure. The towels are thick and soft. We loved it!

This place is a hidden gem! Our vacation plans were changed at the last minute due to Hurricane Helene, and we had 24 hours to find new accommodations. What a beautiful inn. We stayed in the private apartment with full kitchen,LR, private patio and the most comfortable king bed. Coffee is served every morning in the main house, though we did have a Nespresso machine in our unit. The pool is beautiful and very peaceful. The inn is located a quiet, historic district, but is within walking distance to shops, cafes, the Norton museum and Grandview Public Market. Rebecca and her team were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, even locating chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use for a relaxing beach day. We will definitely be back!

This place is perfect! Location, amenities, service!! Everything was the best!! You can walk almost anywhere. Norton Art Museum and even Palm Beach if you have your walking shoes. This is our second time staying at Grandview Gardens and I know it won’t be our last!

Grandview Gardens was perfect for our two day visit to West Palm Beach. It’s in a lovely, quiet, historic neighborhood. Our room was comfortable, well appointed, and spotless. We had full access to the house, coffee, and snacks. We were able to walk to several nice restaurants for dinner, a fabulous coffee house, and it was a short drive to Palm Beach.

My wife and I stayed at Grandview for 6 nights at the end of November. I couldn’t recommend the accommodation highly enough. We had a suite with a separate kitchen and lounge and everything was great. The bedroom was very large with a separate bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The bed was super comfortable and all the linen was clean and of a good quality. The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances worked perfectly. In addition, we had access to the main guesthouse where the hosts left a plentiful supply of snacks, tea/coffee and other items that could needed such as cutlery/crockery etc. The whole of the property was also well cleaned. The hosts were fabulous, and we had daily interactions with Rebecca who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Grandview Gardens.

Really lovely inn! It's beautifully furnished and conveniently located in a great neighborhood with restaurants, museums and beach in easy reach. The refrigerator was well-stocked and the rooms were very clean. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is so central and convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. And the stay itself charming! I would recommend a stay here for anyone who finds them self in the area—or even to go out of your way for a great experience!

Lovely place with peaceful inner courtyard. Our room, Everglades, needs updating of bathroom, closet and furniture. Wasn't well cleaned on arrival (dust in cabinetry). Friendly staff but manager doubles as the housekeeper so you may wait to enter building or ask a question. Great historic neighborhood. Lots of interesting walks.

This place is a hidden paradise. Absolutely beautiful grounds. I sat by the pool and listened to birds sing and watched the flowers fall from the trees above. Definitely going back and bringing friends. Rebecca thank you for your hospitality you made our trip so special.
