It was amazing, beautiful place. Would definitely stay there again!!!! Our host, Rebecca was very nice and responsive. She was amazing!!! It was close to everything downtown, and she told us where to visit. I can’t wait to stay there again soon!

This is a wonderful boutique hotel, with beautiful designers and furnishings, amazing blooming plants and flowers, delightful heated pool, every amenity one could think of. IN a really fine location across from a park, and a short distance to a food court and excellent coffee house. Very friendly and helpful staff. I am planing on staying here again and again, whenever I am in the area. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We love the property! The landscaping and architecture are beautiful! The staff could not be more accommodating. The room is well-appointed with special touches , such as, chocolates on the pillows of the most comfortable bed. Cushy bedding. Blackout curtains. The water was hot and the shower had great pressure. The towels are thick and soft. We loved it!

Super lovely place to stay. Very nice appartment with many little details, which made a business trip a 3 days vacation. Top location in walking distance to next bakery/Café for the breakfast. Whenever back in PalmBeach for sure this one again.

This place is a hidden gem! Our vacation plans were changed at the last minute due to Hurricane Helene, and we had 24 hours to find new accommodations. What a beautiful inn. We stayed in the private apartment with full kitchen,LR, private patio and the most comfortable king bed. Coffee is served every morning in the main house, though we did have a Nespresso machine in our unit. The pool is beautiful and very peaceful. The inn is located a quiet, historic district, but is within walking distance to shops, cafes, the Norton museum and Grandview Public Market. Rebecca and her team were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, even locating chairs and a beach umbrella for us to use for a relaxing beach day. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I love staying at B & B's when we travel. We were so glad Grandview Gardens could accommodate us on our requested dates and were flexible to allow for our late arrival. Rebecca left us detailed instructions which made us feel welcome upon our arrival. The Royal Poinciana Room we selected was very clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located poolside. There breakfast selections were limited to fruit, snacks and coffee. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in our room. The Grandview is located in a historic WPB neighborhood across from a lovey well maintained park. It is within walking distant to a charming cafe, The Hive and also to the Norton Museum. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this venue.

Not only is this place beautifully kept inside and out, the manager, Rebecca was so accommodating for our all of our needs needs. I was able to host my husbands 50th Birthday here and there was plenty of room for about 50 people (who were coming and going) in the main house, with a little over flow into the courtyard pool area. It was also very affordable for what was planned. We didn't just rent downstairs the downstairs space, we stayed over night too. The rooms were very clean, and had cute little chocolates as gifts on the beds. The bathroom is fully stocked with soaps, lotions, make-up remover, cotton pads and q-tips... everything was so thought out. In the morning, there was coffee and espresso machines fully stocked with all your needs for creamers, sweeteners, and mugs. The designs and eclectic, boho, designer feel gave such a great energy to the overall experience inside, and the beautiful trees and garden made it feel very Zen. Not only will I be recommending this place, I will be going again

Huge spaces, amazing services and facilities, pool just outside the room. Common spaces have very nice furnitures. Location is very calm, restaurants and services are at walkable distance. Free parking just outside of the building. I would return here definitely

Rebecca and crew do a wonderful job at making you feel at home. A sweet common space, comfortable room, and residential neighborhood was a most welcome escape from the conference hotel. Nespresso & fresh oranges hit the spot. 2nd floor overlooking the pool. I would stay again.
