Very terrible service. Negligence. We moved in around 6pm the day we booked and the AC was not working , very hot temperature in Perth( March). We informed them immediately and there was a boy to look after this AC , he tried all his ways and confirmed it’s not working. We asked him for solution. He said reception is closed and it’s his first day, that’s it. Moreover, no window at least and even fan is terrible.We payed amount for nothing.
Nothing eve happened next day they behaved like they don’t know anything. Chapter closed.
I actually waiting to ask them and even for review, WILL YOU GUYS SLEEP WITHOUT AC IN YOUR HOUSE ON SUMMER?
Very terrible.
Please come and check everything and then book their rooms, it’s my advance.
