The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is accommodating and attentive, especially the manager, Mike. They offer a hot breakfast in the morning and I believe they have an exercise room. This place is affordable and easy to access, right off the interstate. I would stay here again.

This is our go to location when traveling I10. Staff is always gracious and helpful. Rooms are clean, and a great breakfast before you get back on the road.

Have stued here as a rodtrip stopover several times. The outdoor shaded patio area on the side of the buildong is nice. We haven’t used the pool due to our time constraints but it looks nice and there are usually people there.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Hotel seemed brand new. Beds so nice. Hotel just off interstate, with plenty of fast food close by. Convention center is walkable. Check in easy and staff nice. Lobby huge, with ample seating. Breakfast plentiful, with numerous choices. Breakfast included; make your own waffles, boiled eggs, meat, biscuits, gravy, breakfast potatoes, cereal, muffins, bagels, breads, oatmeal, juices, tea and coffee. Breakfast staff always cleaning, and replenished when needed. I’m a repeat diamond member who recommends.

Air Conditioner didn't work properly in 3 rooms, toilet was broken had to fill up the back with the ice bucket. Water on the floor that I slipped on twice from the fridge. The manager Kay didn't want to deal with the problems that occurred. Never Again will I stay at this location. They didn't even try to refund me even a little from their problems not mine. I am a paying customer

Long check in. Short staffed. Got hang up calls in middle of night. Called front desk at 5:30am to report calls, but they didn’t answer at all. No Manager available to speak to at check out. Bad experience. The previous excellent reviews I read were not what I experienced. Stayed at three hotels on this trip and this one was the most expensive and provided the poorest service.

Accomodations were excellent. Rooms were comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast options were wonderful and well prepared. I was on the 4th floor and wifi access was consistent. Ample parking with well lite parking lot. I travel to Port Allen annually for a meeting and this was the first time I have stayed in this hotel. I would highly recommend as its staff is friendly and efficient.
