The third floor ceiling was ripped down The whole third floor smelled musty and moldy There were mice in the hallways and in our room and management did nothing but give us a few glue traps and shrug There was also stains on the bedding There is absolutely no reason this disgusting hotel should have cost me more than $200 and yet that’s what I paid for this awful experience

I wouldn't bring my family to any other hotel in the area because you are not going to find friendly and kinder staff or better pricing than at this extended stay. Diane and Deb are two of the nicest ladies you could deal with Tony is such an attentive manager he makes sure all your needs are met.I could go on and on about how great there staff is there. The rooms are huge and spacious and clean which is great if you have kids. Just all around a great experience a home away from home definitely will choose this hotel every time

We travel quite a bit, and have frequently enjoyed the comfort and efficiency of the Extended Stay America Suites located on East Main Street in Westborough, MA. The layout of the suite functions perfectly. The location is convenient and the services are exceptional. We agree wholeheartedly with those reviewers who have praised the staff -- Tony, Diane, Nealon, Evan, Debi, Stephanie, and Steve. Through the years we have gotten to know and truly appreciate these warm and caring service professionals.

When forced to find alternate long-term, living arrangements due to a flood in our condo, we chose Extended StayAmerica and we are very glad we did. The rooms are great, including extremely comfortable beds, and plenty of hot water, a small, but very functional kitchen and everything is very very clean. But by far the most important thing to note is just how excellent the staff members are here. Each and every staff member (Tony, Diane, Deb, Evan, Steve) has been working warmly welcoming and helpful whenever needed. Coffee is reliably available in the mornings in the lobby, there is plenty of parking, and the area is completely safe. Extended StayAmerica is not only pet friendly, but pet welcoming. But again, it is the extended stay America team members that have made our experience, under difficult personal circumstances, such a good one.

I needed a 3-4 week length of stay until my apartment lease would start in Worcester. I wasn't thrilled on the idea of having to stay in a hotel for that long, luckily came across this extended stay. I really liked that they had a nice kitchenette available. They had pots, pans, and other dishware for me to utilize while I was staying there. I could make myself more comfortable this way. They also had laundry onsite which was very convenient and important to me. They were very friendly and accommodating to my cat and I. Every morning, I took advantage of the hot coffee available in the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay and greatyly appreciate every one of the staff who helped me (Evan, Tony, Debi, & Stephanie!)
