so to start off this is not my first time booking at this hotel however I was more disappointed in my most recent stay than anything. When I first checked in the young lady at the desk was very nice and friendly as I had a suite close to the lobby which was no big deal it was a nice room with hardwood flooring however the set up in the room I didn’t quite like all of the furniture and tables where inside the bedroom I also had no television inside of the living room area and when I proceed back to the front desk to explain that I was told that I would have to wait for maintenance to see if there was another television available if not I would have to wait until the morning and that there weren’t any more suites available (I booked an executive suite) had me really upset and disappointed but I brushed it off I proceeded to unpack and realize that it kept getting hotter in the room while both ac units were on one of them didn’t work so I told my issues again to the front desk I feel their attitudes was changing because i kept coming back they then proceeded to tell me “come get another set of keycards you’ll move to another suite” in my head im thinking i was just told there weren’t anymore suites. I feel as if they didn’t want to change my room so I said ok I’ll be right down I grabbed the next set of key cards and realized the suite I was in was the same exact room I had when I was just there in June (room 149) which was no biggie knowing it’s a nice room what I didn’t expect after I moved all of my stuff from one room to another was uninvited guest as I go into the bathroom to shower I was greeted by a roach I took pictures just so they can see and when i proceeded to the desk I was basically told their was nothing they can do and I can’t basically move to another room because once again I got told no more rooms where available..at this point im on edge I have all of my stuff sitting in a little corner cause I didn’t want to bring any guest home..this all happened Friday the day of my check in i booked 2 nights didn’t check out until Sunday ..whilst I continue to stay but could rarely get comfortable when I got up Saturday morning I was greeted by another guest and oh man oh man it was bigger then the last at this point i was hurt and disappointed that the room I was just in last month was such a nice room and I was comfortable had now been a mini nightmare I went to the front desk with more pictures and the guy and girl that was there basically told me that it was nothing they can do and that they will just add it into the note section of my stay and it wasn’t any rooms available still to get changed …mind you I check out Sunday meaning I still had a night to stay ..I asked well can I at least get my room cleaned ? The man I believe was then manager said sure and had told housekeeping to come to my room it took her 15 minutes from when I was at the front desk to come and didn’t knock or anything just busted in my room and all I got was “OOPS

This hotel sucks buyer BEWARE!!!!!the rooms were dirty the lobby smelled like MUSK also the front desk rude I asked for my room to be clean no one ever showed up I found bugs in the room this is a hotel from hell!!!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HOTEL IT'S IN A VERY NICE NEIGHBORHOOD BUT THE HOTEL IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I was at this hotel on 04/04/2024 I wanted to take a bath and relax but the bath tub wasn't clean it had someone's black hair inside the tub. I like this hotel but the rooms are never cleaned thoroughly I keep telling them at the front desk. But nothing gets done my point is if their going to charge high prices they need to keep the hotel clean

I stay at this inn for 3 nights and the bath tub was dirty, the lamps had spider webs on them and the beds made me itch all night. I spoke to the front desk they said they would let the cleaning people know. But I always find Something wrong with these room I'm going to stay somewhere else next time.

STOP Now! Unless you like roaches and spiders. We stayed in room 239 on Nov 18, 2022. Upon checking in saw a sign stating no food in the rooms. But, we had a microwave and refrigerator. No water cups, no coffee maker, no soap, broken toilet seat, nails popping out of the ceiling, no elevator ( read the complete description). Told the front desk about the roaches… did not say sorry, did not offer compensation, only said, “we will take care of it”. Too late, we checked out. They are ‘renovating’ some aspects were ok, but construction materials in the hallway were a hazard. Travel at your own risk!

I stayed There twice in a whirl pool room & the first time i didnt Use the hot tub because it was a ring around the hot tub the house keepers need to do their job properly. Just was there a day ago & same thing like really you guys not cleaning those hot tub just nasty & horrible. I ask for them to clean the tub or bleach spray, so i lost out $210 for nothing that might all to be told n house keepers on site & everything locked up i was Do pissed. Y'all make a lot of money t be treating customers like this😣

We booked 5 rooms, arrived late and exhausted, only to find that some rooms reeked of smoke (despite the very strict no-smoking policy) and some rooms were dirty. One couple had to move to a different room, another had to request clean sheets and make her own bed, since the sheets in her room had hair on them (her room had an odd whirlpool and freaky red lighting, so strange!). The staircase to the second level was gross with food scraps all over. One room had strange leftover tape all over the walls (did somebody once live there?!). The manager charged us $100 as a deposit on three of the rooms, which was not returned to our credit card for over a week. The photos online looked really nice but the actual experience was a huge disappointment. It also was not as close to O'Hare as we hoped (25 minutes,longer in traffic and road construction), which was why we booked it.
