I don’t really care about the checkin time so that wasn’t a problem. The staff were nice. Me and my boyfriend were sent with the keycard to our room. The whole stay (2 nights) the room stank and it was abit dirty. Didn’t even get the room I requested when I booked. Breakfast wasn’t the best as it was cold and had less options than normal. I would like to stay here again but hopefully the rooms will be better next time. It’s my first ever stay here.

Just got back from a 2 night stay with my partner, I felt very well catered for here as a wheelchair user, it has two lifts, the second was a bit smaller, and this is the first premier inn ive ever been to where I can get my wheelchair around both sides of the bed! Which was lovely to have a choice of what side to sleep on. Staff went above and beyond and a lovely lady with brown long hair and glasses was exceptional with the guest customer service. Food was beautiful every staff member approachable. Will definitely now be a returning customer to this premier inn. Would be lovely if there was a accessible room facing the sea. Was in room 118

Booked here for my partners birthday, we upgraded to the room with a view. What an amazing place, soo quiet even though there was a main road below. Lovely staff, very friendly and happy , coffee machine and fridge was good, the rainfall shower was fab, plenty of room there. Town was a few mins away, big supermarket was minutes away if you wanted it. Really didn't want to leave. Well done to everyone who made the holiday for us.

Stayed here for the night with my family. Clean hotel with comfortable bed. great location, just situated over the road from the beach. lovely staff and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Definitely recommend and will be returning later in the year.

We always stay at the Premier Inn Seafront, everytime stay in Weston. It is in easy reach of the beach, cinema, shops and the playhouse theatre. The reception you get is like being a member of the family, and the room was very comfortable. If you are looking for a hotel either for an over night or a family holiday this is the place to stay.

Had a lovely meal at the hotel restaurant. Tracey took great care of us — friendly and attentive from start to finish. Beth at the bar was super friendly, I had a bottled Bulmers cider, and she made the experience warm and welcoming. It looks like a new menu from those I've seen previously. The Smothered (Double) Chicken was delicious, topped with mozzarella and cheddar and served with crispy chips and coleslaw. Perfect for a relaxed family dinner with some drinks outside. We all left full and happy!

Great Location, right on the seafront. Staff were friendly and efficient at check in. Room was perfect for wat we needed. Comfortable beds and extra pillows. Air con was a god send on what was a very hot weekend. Only very minor issue was some dirt that was sat in the drain of the bath came back up when I ran my daughter a bath so I had to wipe out the bath and wash the dirt away before I could run her bath.
