There is a Starbucks next door and a fun area for dining nearby
The hosts were all very accommodating and the renovation is great!!

A Gem.
Nicely renovated motor inn with clean updated bathroom, comfortable bed, AC, new appliances. Wonderful shower, great water pressure, fast hot water. No microwave or mini-fridge.

Great place to stay, but no working WiFi.
Everything was great. Our only complaint was that the TV was strictly connected to WiFi which didn’t work, even with the password they gave us during check-in. We had to use my cell. phone’s hotspot to watch TV and connect to one of our streaming services to watch TV on our downtime. And, the desk did not do anything to compensate us for the problem with the WiFi. We were still charged the full rate.

If your looking for a hotel stay just to basically use as a place to sleep this place is excellent. Its a small family run no frills hotel. Rooms are very clean, staff is very nice.

This is such a cute place! Everything is super clean and the decor is lovely. I had great experiences with the employees. I only spent one night but would return!

Wonderful!
Room was very nice.
Bathroom was nicely remodeled. There were towel bars for all of the towels and walk-in shower was configured so the water stayed in the shower! Perhaps small details but in my experience these stand out from nearly all other hotels I’ve been in before.

Check in was terrible. Clerk Margaret, wasn’t helpful at all. The price I had on hotels wasn’t the price that I paid. When I questioned Margaret, she just shrugged and told me to find another place.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe staying here. The staff is very friendly and the building is located by a heavily traveled road near business. It was a good location from explore different parts of Connecticut.
