Errant online booking due to my dates resetting from a page refresh or other. I got booked on the day I was making the reservation, but I wanted to stay a week from that day for a business trip. They refused to help me, so now I'm stuck with the charge. I still needed to stay in Wheatland for business and said,"Just move the charge to the following Monday. You still get paid the exact same amount, but in one case you lose a customer forever." They responded by saying they were just fine with that. Neither myself, nor any of my 45 colleagues will ever stay here again.
