Quality Inn - White House

I booked this hotel off of a third party hotel booking site. I alway pay through that site and just give credit card for incidentals but this hotel said I hadn’t paid yet which I did and charged my card again. The next morning a different guy was working the front desk and I had to show him how it was taken out of my account twice and he was nice about it and did refund my money but just glad I was able to catch it before I left. Front desk personnel could work on customer service though had his attention on other things while I was trying to get my issue's resolved and he took off from the desk ( without saying a word) before I could finish talking and I had to wait for him to come back to finish up what I needed. Free breakfast was an absolute joke the only hot food they had was waffles and only one waffle maker that like three families were waiting on to make waffles for all the guest. They had cereal but the spout where you poured to milk from looked like it hasn’t been washed in a long time. They offered a few cold items like mini muffins and apples and toast definitely the worst free breakfast I have been offered at a hotel. The room had a horrible smell to it, wasn’t very clean and needed updated. I felt icky after leaving there. Definitely shouldn’t have had the rating it did on the site I booked from would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

It was a very nice stay. Staff service was excellent and breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious. All the restaurants are in walking distance. They are doing renovation and rooms look beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness was terrible. A previous quest had wiped a booger on the wall next to the bed, the walls and entrance door were filthy! Pillows were small and lumpy mattress was not comfortable. The smoke detector was missing/removed from the wall...i.e. NO Smoke detector in the room. Not safe and don't think that is even legal to not have a working smoke detector. Reported these issues to the person at the front desk and got ZERO response...not even an apology.

This hotel was unclean and unsafe. We had a block of 23 rooms. Upon check in, 1 room was unclean with beer cans scattered about, 1 smelled of **** and had dirty clothes in it. Others had moldy ceilings, and the only hot thing at breakfast was the one self serve waffle maker. Other hotel patrons had coolers of beer in the parking lot and were walking around with open beer containers. Needless to say, we were not happy and management simply said. “Accidents happen” when referring to the unclean rooms. Quite a disappointment!

I looked up reviews for this Quality Inn and it lived up to all the good reviews. I arrived there late at night and was greeted by a very friendly lady. Check in was fast. My room was very clean and comfortable. Heating and ac worked perfectly. Parking lot was well lit. Overall this motel is a well kept and I highly recommend the Quality Inn in White House Tennessee.

Very nice hotel! It was so clean and quiet. Beds are so comfy and overall excellent service. Perfect location for travelers. Breakfast was great. Staff was frequently and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights recently. I have stayed here numerous times. I was pleasantly surprised this time around. Looks like they have made several updates. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. I have stayed at a lot of Quality Inns but the one in White House is way better than most. There is an outdoor pool on the property and it is well maintained. Breakfast is included. It’s ok. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

This hotel boasts free hot breakfast - shows bacon and eggs etc on the sign. In fact it’s just some breads, yogurt and a waffle maker. The beds are ok. Room is definitely outdated. The hotel owner or manager whatever walks around the property all night and watches everyone. There are multiple huge outdoor LED lights to keep the parking lot lit up for safety which is good however it’s basically daylight in your room all night long because of it. There’s plenty of restaurants and stores near .. proximity to Nashville is good. Overall if you can stay elsewhere you probably should but it’s cheap so whatever

Snippy receptionist. Reserved king bed but got 2 queens. Disgusting room. Bathroom paint peeling. Cigarette burns all over bedspreads in nonsmoking room??? Disgusting stains all over easy chair. Wouldn’t even touch it. Horrible lumpy pillows. This was the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in where I wished I’d brought my own linens. AC cooled well but sounded like someone firing up a lawn mower every time it came on. We never put any of our stuff on anything but dresser and bathroom counter for fear of what we might pick up. “Hot breakfast“ was really just one waffle maker. Everything else was cold carbs. Wheat bread slices, nasty muffins, cold cereal. No proteins. I have pics to send to corporate. This place should lose their franchise. Keep looking. Don’t stay here.
