Good value. A little dated. Could so with a upgrade. Noisey at night due to night club straight opposite hotel. Staff were very helpful

Passage ways smell of weed/pot. Rooms dusty,capets stained, curtains falling off railing, mould on walls and in shower, breakfast not good.

We booked in and went to thenladoes england game . The room and hotel was awful blood stain on bed,hanging mould ourside room door,stains on carpet and seairs and not been hoovered anywhere. Ceacks in ceiling damp sta8ns.rokm door not safe 8f there was a fire as great big gap underneath

The Windsor is in a great location moments from the town centre in one direction and the seafront in the other. The accommodation is basic and a little dated, but decent value for the price we paid. Only problem we had was the lift being out of order and our room was on the 3rd floor.

When we got there they offered us a room on the second floor and they told us that the lift was not working and that we had to carry our bags upstairs and i told them that I had bad legs so they offered us another room on the first floor which had black stains stuck on the carpet and other stains on the carpet as well and the sink in the bathroom was cracked so we had to take the room on the second floor and there was no heating in the room plus the tv didn’t work with the remote so I would like some sort of compensation for my inconvenience thanks D Docherty

Very nice hotel, not far from the seafront. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Nice spacious room with en-suite bathroom. It very much had a lot of English charm and nice northern hospitality.

Room was a good size, room dirty marks up the wall, tv loose sign a lot, floor broads all loose keeps you up people walking past and if someone running a tap in there room makes a noise in my room lol

TV low signal meant no bbc1 or 2 and shower head only trickled water out. On reporting this both items were changed so excellent service for this.
New TV was better but low signal and no WiFi in room was disappointing
