I have a comfortable bath as well as a comfortable sleep and a substantial breakfast with delicious coffee, frying eggs, sausage, cheese and many things with full of landlady’s love and responsibility, very nice landlady and landlord, and the nice place.

Although we only stayed one night with Louise at Horseshoe Croft B & B the welcome and hospitality we received was first class. Louse even went out of her way to buy gluten free biscuits and brownies so that I could have something to eat with a well earned cup of tea when we arrived. We had the kingsize suite and it was absolutely beautiful as is the whole house, breakfast was just to die for, we were wishing that we could have stayed longer but the following morning we were heading to Orkney. We highly recommended Horseshoe Croft B & B and wish Louise well for the future.

Beautiful location and ideally located for getting the ferry to Orkney for a day trip. Louise is a fabulous host and just could not do enough for us. The room was beautiful with a lovely comfy bed and high quality bedding etc. Breakfast was awesome - basically anything you want made fresh for you, and lovely fresh fruit, Greek yogurt and cereals to eat while breakfast is being cooked. Our car broke down while we were there and Louise even took us up to the local pub for dinner, and picked us up again afterwards. We also waited at the house the morning we were meant to be leaving as we waited for the recovery service. She is an absolute gem!

Very comfortable bed, nice sitting area and dining area. The host was very helpful and even called the local pub to reserve us a place for dinner, at the Village Inn, Keiss, as we hadn't made any reservations. Very quiet and away from the tourist mess in John O'Groats.

Louise was a very welcoming host, showed us to our room and told us about all the extra touches, such as the fridge that had chilled water inside. Room was lovely, good size and bed was very comfortable. In fact it was the best night's sleep we had all trip. Lovely modern onsuite bathroom. Would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting this area.

Amazing! Louise has obviously worked very hard to provide her guests with spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation. Incredibly warm and welcoming with a wonderful breakfast. Provided us with lots of tips and advice re eating options and places to go. Thankyou Louise - your advice about taking a detour through the Strathies has been the highlight of our trip so far. I hope our paths cross again in the future and Good Luck! Michelle and Val

A perfect B&B, just south of John O’Groats. Louise was a welcoming host and looked after us very well. The room was delightful - with the comfiest bed! - and a great shower. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! A great place to stay!

This was a fantastic B&B run by Louise who was a brilliant host. The breakfast was excellent and the whole experience at this B&B was exceptional. The B&B is very close 6miles from John 0’Groats. I can fully recommend this B&B.

An excellent B&B decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Louise has a meticulous eye for detail with nice touches. She is very hospitable and makes you feel welcome and goes above and beyond. Rooms are immaculately clean and Breakfast is on another level. Thoroughly Recommended.
