I called 2 days before my arrival date and was told I could do early checkin but when I got there that was denied and apparently I’m a liar . Our room smelled like dog piss i didn’t bother asking for a new room because I was told at checkin that they were full. Breakfast wasn’t very good ! Location was perfect. Bed was alright! Shower was awesome!

Tv kept going out Supervisor came in twice but never fixed it Had a walk in shower which we didn't want. Was bought out from company from India Watch another hotel go down the tube's. Always stayed here in the past with no problems Nice town Would think twice before staying here

Stopped over one night. Comfortable beds, large room, updated as hotel is in the older part of town, nice outdoor pool, several walkable restaurants. Best pastrami sandwich at bar/restaurant that was a 4 minute walk up the street. Enjoyed our stay.

Massive cockroaches everywhere, bugs in the bedding, overcooked breakfast food. About as bad of a stay as one can have. The only good part of the experience was that their air conditioning was functional and that helped us ignore the 100 degree heat outside.

Great parking. Great room. Nice pool. Plenty of television channels. Breakfast every morning with good choices. Local to the heart of Wickenberg. Housekeeping services every day. We will definitely stay here again

Took a trip to Arizona for a funeral and BW is usually the hotels we stay in because we are a reward member. Never had a bad experience until this trip. The hotel overall was decent but the room was Horrible. The carpet was dirty, the fans inside the room were gross, the room was dusty had cobwebs in the corners. Second night we found a spider on the pillow and a huge Cockaroach in the closet. Also the bathroom floor had not been swept prior to our arrival. The front desk was notified and all was said is, it's that time of year.

quiet, clean, and cool place, back tot eh 50's, when that was a good thing, great breakfast, great cable variety, I had a small room but was great for just me, huge shower, these guys do it right and have for a long time, I wish all places I stay were as nice and professional

Very nice handicap room and big. Very clean and soft bed. The breakfast smelled great. Just all the different types on breads and danish in 1 bin made the oder bad. But overall great experience! Thank you the Lermas

The hotel is centrally located at one end of the historic main street. It's a sprawling complex of low rise and two story buildings. The complex appears quite old and not up to contemporary standards but that didn't detract from my stay. Just be prepared for that. The room was clean and the front desk service above average. Aircon unit was a bit loud but that goes with the age. The price was reasonable. Breakfast was slightly below normal BW standard. Half and Half creamer would have been nice with the coffee as opposed to the artificial stuff. Small point. I would stay again.
