They was very good when I ask for extra milk as I found you need 2 in a cup and they left me a lot plus the room was tidy and the staff seemed very pleasant

not clean rooms-spiders inside,wont stay there again 100%,parking was 1st come 1 st serve-free,but not garantie for parking,room card was notnworking few time-need to go to reception to sort that few time,no smoking area..really will pay next time a bit more for better one! pics on website are 100% not from this hotel-be awere of that!

The hotel is outdated with only two plug sockets in the entire room, one is required for the tv. Neither plug socket is anywhere near the bed so you’re unable to charge your phone. The hotel seemed dusty, if you look at the corridor carpets much dust is gathered in multiple spots, the rooms unfortunately have the same. Hotel has lack of security with no locks on the bedroom doors and we discovered their housing homeless after conversations with staff. Vender machine in reception is expensive however supermarket ten minutes walk away. We had to ask for more towels as there was only two in the room for three people Plus a small hand towel. Shampoo didn’t work we had to ask for some which was frustrating after already asking for towels. Poor service, poor facilities and lack of amenities for the price charged, no identification was taken or asked for at check in just a name, lack of security overall which was disturbing.

Great Travelodge, simple, clean and the staff are always so lovely and helpful. The price is also super cheap. Never had any issues while staying here. There is also ample parking and the location is perfect for shops and supermarkets if you're not driving. 5 star service. Thank you.

Worst experience ever the hotel is very dirty with dirty floors( carpets unclean and dusty stuffy air nothing is good

I took two young children with me as I was visiting family and every room stunk of smoke, we opened the windows and also used air freshers but the smell of smoke still lingered and was very strong.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in & will not be using a Travelodge again. According to the recent TV adverts they have claimed the beds & rooms have been upgraded...definitely not bothered here. The room stank of drains, the bathroom door would not shut which made the smell worse, loo seat was broken, bath mat was discoloured, no light bulb in the light above the bed, no plug sockets on either side of the bed, bed was very hard & uncomfortable, dirty paint work on the walls, room was very hot & we could not have the windows open as the traffic noise was horrendous with them open & nearly as bad with them shut, fan supplied just blew hot & sewage smells around the room. My wife & I hardly slept. We had booked 2 nights however only stayed the first night. We did complain to reception but were told to contact head office to complain which we have & they have not even bothered to reply...

Not clean at all! Bathroom and toilet was smelly and hair is all over from I believe it’s from previous people.

Myself and my family of two cats and two kittens stayed last night This place is difficult to find as it is not on the bus route. There are shops and restaurants within sight. Had we been staying longer I would have ate at one of them. Jane checked us in and got us a room on the ground floor. She also helped me get a soft drink from the vending machine. The rate of £46.00 plus £20.00 for my cats is excellent. There is a lot of noise from traffic. I was very tired and went to bed after the ten o'clock news. I am extremely thankful to Peter and John who went above and beyond their jobs by helping me catch my cat Benji and one of the kittens this morning. I have stayed at 8 Travelodges so far. Every one of them has been great. I would defintly recommend Travelodge to anyone visiting Widnes.
