Clean quiet and relaxing...Big comfortable bed... Location is close to home I love it. Great breakfast only thing is they need to serve turkey or beef sausage and or bacon for the people who does not eat pork.

This hotel should be downgraded to a Super 8 or Days Inn. The toilet seat in the bathroom was cracked completely across one side. The water didn’t drain in the shower. The water level was set so low, there wasn’t enough pressure to fully flush the toilet. The room service, which was requested, didn’t happen. I could clearly hear the people in the next room til 2 a.m. it was a very disappointing stay.

The property is conveniently located and is withing a block of a Sheetz gas station. The lobby is clean and the staff are very professional and nice. Unfortunately the room was very damp, had an odor and was not thoroughly cleaned: a prior visitor left a tissue blocking the peep hole in the door. Housekeeping not only missed this but also a dirty cup left in the microwave. When I went to open the window to air out the room, the screen would not shut. So although there appeared to be a vent in the bathroom, it seems the humidity just vents into the room. The tub had 3 "patches" of non-skid matting on the bottom. This was our second stay and both were not up to Marriott standards.

Not a Marriott level property! Broken toilet seat, broken AC door, stained and frayed carpet, stained furniture, worn wooden furniture, and the room was not vacuumed. There are holes in the carpet upon entering the lobby! The front desk people were very nice, and said my concerns would be passed to the regional manager. I have yet to receive a phone call from my 7/5 visit. The lack of contact from a Marriott representative speaks volumes!

The hotel lacks cleanliness. The shower curtain is a yucky plastic and too long. The Wi-Fi connection is poor. The room is not situated for business/work. They have the desk shoved into the corner. One pro is the friendliness of the front desk staff. However, there are too many better options close by to choose from which are much better and not much more money.

Unfortunately, this hotel was not up to Marriot standards. Poor first impressions - the sign was faded and the front glass doors squeaked loudly. Lobby was small, very dated, no seating area. The third floor elevator slammed loudly every time we used it. Not in a particularly attractive area of Williamsport.

We are here for Bucknell University family weekend. Fairfield Inn in Lewisburg wanted $600 a night. Talk about taking advantage. Williamsport Hotel is old and dirty mold in bathroom. Requested housekeeping and it never happened. Ran out of hot water and clean towels. They gave us pool towels. Would not recommend

Decided to stay at this hotel which was closer to the LLWS. Used points and it was a mistake! Tried to check-in at 3 and was told to come back closer to 4 because they were behind. Okay…that’s fine because it was during the series and probably busy. 1st room given was dirty in the restroom and the toilet didn’t flush. Asked to be moved and 2nd room was a little better. It looked clean but since COVID I wipe down down stuff anyway. It wasn’t clean after all. I settled with it since I cleaned it with my wipes. Was settling in and brushed our teeth before bedtime and the sink wouldn’t drain. It was extremely slow and basically took all night. Black stuff was coming out…gross! We stayed the night and reported it to the front desk who didn’t seem to care. Won’t be staying there again and lost points on top!!!

Hotel is dirty. Beds are worn out. Area is noisy not only outside but inside as well. Staff is lazy and asleep most of the time for night staff. You’d think being affiliated with Marriot they’d do better. Avoid if you can.
