Punthill Williamstown

I used to live in Melbourne but saw the direction it was heading back in 2015 and left for greener pastures. I never thought I’d be back, even for a visit. Over the last 10 years, Victoria has become an indebted and corrupt police state. But… I was at home filling the coffee machine with new beans on a quiet Sunday afternoon and my wife asked me to come with her to see her sister in Melbourne. I said no but she kept nagging at me so eventually l agreed to come. I wasn’t keen to stay in the cbd and be culturally enriched by vibrants. So we stayed at this nice hotel in Williamstown. I liked both the area and the hotel. It’s bloody fantastic! More importantly, my wife really liked it (happy wife happy life). Sarah and the team were professional and helpful. It has a really chill vibe. Lots of bars nearby. Sarah is a pearl in a sea of stones.

Staff are lovely. Stayed here to visit family. Very close to everything. Apartment was spotless. The staff were great and helpful, especially Annabelle. We had a studio but next time will opt for the one bedroom apartment as we stayed for a few days.

I visited Melbourne with my partner recently for a concert. We stayed here and had such a great time. Williamstown is a really nice area and outside of the craziness of the cbd. We slept in next morning and then went for a nice walk. Had brunch at a cafe right across from the water. Sarah and the team were so friendly and helpful (hope you’re all going well ). We plan to stay here again next time we visit Melbourne. I highly recommend it!

A very cute apartment style accommodation. Rooms were clean and inviting and the staff really looked after us. Special shout out to Vicky and the team. Close to all the shops and very short walk to the marina. Highly recommend if you have the opportunity to stay

The apartment was perfect for us, comfortable, spacious and clean. Location is good and about a 15 minute walk to the train station. Close to supermarket, restaurants and the pub. The reception staff are so friendly too and I recommend Punthill Williamstown, will definitely be back.

Easy booking, friendly staff. The one bedroom apartment was clean and well stocked with essential items. Awesome views of the city and the bay. Close to the shops and restaurants. Easy access after hours and parking available. Highly recommend.

This is a well located and comfortable hotel. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment, which was large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. The hotel is located away from restaurants and pubs, so was very quiet at night. My room had a washer, dryer and drying rack, so it was well set up for longer stays. Some things could be improved. The AC units are very noisy, and I could hear the unit from another apartment in the bedroom. My room had a nice view over the bay, but for some odd reason it was mainly blocked by the grating the hotel has installed around the balcony. The room could have also done with a bit of maintenance: the door handle in the bathroom was wobbly and the blinds were a bit worn out. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would very happily stay here in the future.

The apartment is in a lovely suburb of Melbourne which has a metro stop about 10 minutes walk away. It takes about a half an hour on the metro to get into the city centre. The apartment is welll located on the main street of Williamstown and the ladies in reception, Kate and Vikki, are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean throughout. The apartment had a mini kitchen, washer/dryer and a small balcony Downside - We were located just adjacent to the hot tub area so when we opened our balcony door we could hear the noise from this area. It also limited our privacy because we could also be heard by those using the hot tub area. The apartment was more compact than we expected

Great location, clean, comfortable, coffee pods replenished daily, bed made daily and towels freshened daily. Very poor wi-fi which didn't work during our stay. We were given a short term fix but that wasn't substantial. Has a gym which we didn't use but looked good as well as two good bikes you could borrow. Our room didn't have a view but we only used it to sleep in. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
