I'll be totally upfront, this motel isn't for everyone. While my room was very clean, every surface showed obvious signs of age and wear. The floors creaked loud enough I was sure my neighbors could hear, the bathroom was tiny and old, and two of the lights didn't work. But I want to stress that if all you need is somewhere clean, safe, and quiet with kind staff for a couple of nights, this isn't a bad place to stay at all. Every employee I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, the motel was quiet, I never felt worried about safety, and everything was, again, clean and well-maintained. If quaint and cozy is what you like and you don't mind an older, smaller room, this place is great. If you're looking for modern aesthetics and luxury, look elsewhere.

The place is very clean, warm, accommodating, comfortable, and low budget. No luxury for sure but perfectly fine and perfect location to visit Clark and Mass MoCA. This was my second stay there and had a similar experience the first time. Good grief, I have nothing more to say but I can't post this until my review contains at least 200 characters and I was two too short.

Got a 3rd floor room in the main house. Comfortable, quiet, not fancy at all but just what I needed - good bed, good shower, good location, good price. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The fact that I could get a one night weekend stay during leaf season was a big plus.

The beds were very comfortable in the room. We had plenty of towels and other amenities. The evening staff and the morning staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would stay again at this place when in the area. Price was great too.

Comfortable but out dated. Bathroom very small. People were kind and polite. Good location. Offered pastry and coffee in the morning. Seemed pricey for quality. Would reserve again if no other area availability.

Rundown, and barebones, but clean place. Friendly and nice staff. Location is great - very close to the Peter Pan bus stop, and walking distance to the Clark Institute, and Spring Street for restaurants.

It is a classic motel. Perfect location for college tour at Williams; clean but old; very friendly staff; easy booking. The blinds are a little flimsy and do not keep out the very bright lights outside the door, so bring your eye covers for sleep!

The carpet was torn and looked like it had never been vacuumed before. There were hairs in the bathtub. Not all the outlets in the room worked. Smelled awful. Not worth the price. Great location though.

The pool was closed, the shower drain was very slow, and the continental breakfast was laughable. On the bright side, the A/C was ice cold, the bed was comfortable and it was in a quiet and beautiful part of town.
