During the winter months you can cuddle up next to the wood burning fire and enjoy the peace and quiet this area offers. Summer time is a blast with a large pool and multi level decks for entertaining, bbq and outdoor furniture with a gas firepit to enjoy the lazy evenings. Take an eveningwalk aroundthe golf course and enjoy the wild life (course not operating). There you will see geese, deer, wild turkeys and maybe some turtles! A great area to let your dog run around if needed. We are only 1 mile from the trinity river where you can enjoy swimming, rafting, kayaking or fishing. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath home but also offers a futon in the game room for sleeping as well as a queen size air mattress if needed!
