The advertising said pool, exercise room was gone, there was no breakfast so everything that I checked on my filter they didn’t have since Covid according to the front desk staff. They would cancel the booking however the money would not go back onto my card for 5 to 7 days so then I wouldn’t have the money to get another room. He naturally blamed this on someone else other than the hotel staff. People were walking around everywhere all hours of the night-as I think this would make people with children uncomfortable. we were driving 6 hours to get there and I called the previous day to ask the person if we arrived early could we just swim or sit at the pool in time. The lady on the phone said yes you mam ,then when we got there we found out there isn’t

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the pictures. The room was dated, the bed was uncomfortably hard (I had to request extra sheets), and there weren’t enough towels. There also appeared to be roaches, which was quite concerning. To make matters worse, the fire alarm kept going off during the night, and the staff couldn’t identify the cause, leading to a sleepless night. Additionally, be aware that there is a $100 accidental charge. On a positive note, the property is located in a nice area. I don’t recommend!!!!!!!

The room was surprisingly nice and clean. But the remote control wasn’t even for the tv. We tried connecting an HDMI with our laptop to watch movies. But the remote control didn’t connect to the tv to switch input. It smelled like straight cigarettes and smoke. The outside was dirty. I’m not going to lie, if you’re looking for a place you’ll mainly just go for sleep, definitely stay here. But if you’re looking for somewhere you know you’ll stay and relax for a get away weekend this isn’t the place.

The deadbolt lock doesnt work. And i was asked why i kept coming back if i was giving them bad reviews., i was told not to come back by the same person that gave me a room that was already occupied. They are not the only place around. Theyve lost one customer.

It could be cleaner. Towels are almost grey in color, and they are stained. I bring my own linens and pillows. Those pillow are so uncomfortable, my head bounce on them
