Could noy have had a better experience the staff made me feel like family.. They gave my great Pyrenees treats every day thank you Jim and Bob!!!

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful in telling me about Wrightsville beach and where to park.

The staff was amazing. Felt like family felt like you were coming home at the end of the day. Everybody’s super nice and housekeeping to the front office. I will definitely stay here again in the future when I come to Wilmington.

For the price, great place. Bed was uncomfy, but was able to check in early. Loved the full stove and kitchen. Just bring ur own cooking stuff and bring blankets

Owner needs to get it together This is our second time staying here. We came last year and it went a lot smoother. We booked this room online as reserve now and pay later. About two hours from the destination I get an email that all three of our rooms were cancelled. They tried to run a card I used last year which they had no permission to do. I call the hotel and they assured me they would hold our rooms until we arrived. We arrive and pay cash for all three rooms and get receipts. Then our last night there the owner decides to call me at 11 pm to tell me that one of our rooms needs to have a credit card on file because it has not been paid for. Not only that, he was beating on our doors at 11 pm to collect. Ridiculous. I will never go there again. Besides that the tv was frozen because someone logged into their home accounts and then left. The hotel had no idea how to fix it. The fridges barely got cold so our food was sweating to death.

I don't understand how the property got such a good rating. Other than the remodeled shower the room was very run down. The staff was friendly and personable.
