Travelodge London Raynes Park recensioner

I chose this hotel during my visit to London and it was very close to Raynes Park station. Its facilities are great, the bed is soft, the staff are very welcoming and the breakfast it served is lovely. The only shortcoming is that it doesn't provide 24 hour heating so it gets a little bit chilly in the evenings.

It was a good experience. Clean place but was a bit noisy outside.

Spoiler out of order, no hot water at all. Asking CS to refund.

Super friendly receptionist, very helpful and informative. Room was clean and tidy, very comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. Overall a lovely stay.

특별히 나무랄데 없이 괜찮은 호텔이다. 그러나, 와이파이를 30분만 제공하고 필요하면 돈 GBP3 을 내고 사라고 하니 아무리 적은 돈이라고 하지만 기분이 나쁘다. 차라리 그 돈을 호텔비에 미리 포함시키고 와이파이를 무제한으로 제공하는 그런 전략을 사용하면 회사에도 손님에게도 모두 좋을 것 같다. 와이파이 때문에 기분이 썩 좋지 못한 호텔이라는 생각이다. 다만, 그곳 식당에서 일하는 ANA 라는 여자직원의 음식솜씨가 아주 뛰어나고 친절하기도 하여 칭찬을 하고 싶다.

In the late hours of the morning at the last minute for late check-in, unplanned, unannounced & unready, due to a miscommunication with an existing booking in the neighbourhood. I showed up at the Travel lodge reception. There she was with a warm & welcoming smile, Leah. Not only did she go out of her way to reassure me that all will be well, she also provided critical support with handling the late booking. I cannot describe the feeling of entering a warm room in the middle of a freezing night past all hours. Thank you forever Leah & May god bless your soul. Please have more people like her to help make everyone's stay a memorable treasure. Side note the morning kitchen staff wasn't as friendly 😊 but hey I am more than happy.

My stay at the Raynes Park hotel was fantastic, the place was clean and inviting. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was great and there was plenty of it. I have stayed at this hotel five times and will continue to come back every year. I would like to thank the staff for making my enjoyable.

I had a very pleasant stay at the travel lodge , I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist (Tracy) she was very helpful and informative about the hotel and area when I asked about local places to eat . I would be very happy too visit again . Thankyou Tracy

I stayed at this hotel with my family in May. We checked in late because we travelled from quite far and there was a lot of traffic on the roads. When we finally arrived, it was lovely to be greeted by happy and friendly staff. Leah in particular made us all feel really welcome. The rooms were clean and quiet which is just what we needed after our long journey. We ordered Pizzas as we hadn't eaten yet and oh my, they were some of the best we have ever eaten! We will be staying here again next time we travel down to London. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Stayed in April to visit family, lovely breakfast big selection of full English and also cereals for my children. Very helpful and friendly staff. Tracey gave us lots of information about the local transport and made us very welcome, would stay again 😊

Smooth check in even though we arrived very late, Leah gave us a room at the end of the corridor because we were going to be leaving late the next day, and she didn't want us to be disturbed. Room was very clean and welcoming and the cleaners were very cheery.

Convenient spot just minutes from Raynes Park station. The room was tidy and had everything needed for a short stay. Yusuf at reception stood out with his kind and welcoming attitude made check-in smooth and stress free. Would stay again for the location alone.

I have stayed at Raynes Park Travelodge half a dozen times in the last twelve months and it never fails to suit my requirements as an excellent and comfortable base for my commitments with London University. The staff are friendly and conscientious, making sure they acknowledge my frequent stays and providing cheerful advice if needed. The room was extremely comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean, as ever. I slept very well. The breakfasts are excellent. The location could not be better for getting around the capital, and parking on site is a real bonus. As I often need to stay for a few days, the value is terrific. The staff always make me feel at home and are charming. See you again soon. Thank you.
