This place is a gem - convenient location in a safe/quiet neighborhood close to the city centre, clean and spacious room with kitchen and cooking utensils, free and secured parking, helpful and friendly owner, affordable rates. The place has no reception counter. To check-in, the guest has to arrange with the owner via phone or email prior to arrival. As I was on a long flight and I had no phone/data roaming in Namibia, I didn't see the owner's email and I was stuck outside the place without a way to get in. Luckily I drove to a nearby hotel and borrowed the phone to call the owner, and the owner (who actually lives elsewhere) came to open the door for me within 10-15 minutes. Next time if I come here again, I should contact the owner 1 day before arrival, so that the owner knows my arrival time and sends me the check-in instructions in time.

Encantadora estancia. Todo muy limpio, son muy amables, es cómodo. Está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo, en el que no hay nada, zona residencial, hay un centro comercial.

This is our 2nd home away from Swakopmund. Friendly and helpfull staff. Apartments are well equiped, especially when you stay for long periods of time.

The place was clean and modest. The beds were bid and comfortable. The kitchen was filled with beverages for the mornings. The lady cleaned every day. She was friendly and helpful. The location was great. Will book again. Enjoyed our stay it was comfortable and peaceful

My colleague and I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. We were happy with the space we had as we weren't on top of eachother. Everything we needed was in the suite and the help, Vicky, was awesome in that she did the laundry and brought it back before end of day. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet neighbourhood and we could work and also the mall was a stone's throw away.

I have stayed at the Hartmann Suites many times over the past few years, so we can honestly attest to its Trip Advisor rating. This really is one of the best self-catering accommodation units in Windhoek. Staff are always attentive, and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very safe and secure parking. What more could you ask for?
