Regretfully we spent only 1 night in this property. Rooms and facilities are spotless clean, breakfast is exceptional and staff very friendly and helpful

環境很好，復古和現代結合，有點像香港的大館。房間很大，35平米，陽台連接庭院，綠樹成蔭。員工也很helpful. 附近是領館區，對面即是日本領事館。

A comfortable, clean place to stay when starting or ending your tour of Namibia. The receptionist booked us dinner at Stellenbosch across the road where we had a lovely meal in the courtyard. Breakfast next morning was in the same place and a nice way to start the day. The small garden is full of birds and very green. It would have been nice to have had tissues and proper shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We also needed more coffee and tea sachets. A pleasant enough place to stay overnight.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of a tour of Namibia. We had two different rooms in different blocks, both on the ground floor. The rooms we stayed in both had private seating areas, which did face a wall, but there are lots of trees and plantings and many birds. It was lovely to sit there and enjoy the peace. The bed was wonderfully comfortable as were the pillows. The bathrooms have walk in showers. Toiletries are provided. There is a hair dryer. The room also has a fridge, kettle coffee / tea and water. The rooms were in good condition, although the rugs in both rooms could have done with a good clean. The rooms overall were clean. There is no restaurant on site, but a short walk across the road are three restaurants in one complex, so it is very convenient to get to. Breakfast vouchers are provided and also taken at this complex. The location is peaceful. Reception closes between 7 pm and 7 am. Security is on site and they have a gated entrance. There is a pool and a few loungers and a seating area.

What a superb hotel. Well maintained, so clean and a lovely experience. Efficient front desk staff and a truly good breakfast selection, set in an enclosed restaurant courtyard across the road. We had such a good stay we rebooked for 10 days later. A breath of fresh air!

The whole hotel has the theme of winery…each building was named under a wine. The outlook didn’t seem to be too appealing for me. Reception closed at 7pm when we arrived…..too bad for the two of us (both adults) sharing the room , we were given only one key (even we requested, porter said receptionist left already….very inconvenient because u need the key card to open the electric back gate to go to the restaurant and return ! The receptionist wasn’t friendly, in fact very very rude to customers…..the worst in our whole trip in Namibia (consider this hotel being either the first stop or the last stop of the trip in this country….she ruined either a good first impression of the country, or the fond memories we had collected during our trip here!!!) WiFi was strong. Room was spacious enough with a small patio outdoors (ground floor rooms). There were 6 USB chargers which were really handy. However, the toilet seat cover kept falling on our back when we sat on it, and that was very annoying and not hygienic (room Merlot M2)! Breakfast and dinner were in the restaurant Stellenbosch across the road (using room card to unlock back gate). Breakfast (our day was a la carte) was ok….a bit slow….guess it would be nicer if we had come on a day with buffet BF. Dinner was very so so….the fried calamari was the only tasty dish… the main we ordered was Hake…which came out to be just fish and chips …and the mango dessert was missing mango….so most of us were quite disappointed.

The suites are nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is refreshing and it is a good place to relax and enjoy the sun, shade, and water. On our return trip, the staff allowed us to stay for a few hours in the public spaces (pool, garden area). We appreciate the Windhoek Suites service and their accommodation to our request.

A good night's stay. Comfortable bed and room, it seems to be a relatively new property. Spacious bathroom and shower. A very good breakfast over at the Stellenbosch wine restaurant. There is not much around here though so you are a bit away from the city. Overall , a solid experience.
