My stay at the hotel was unfortunately marred by a disappointing experience and left me with anger. Despite booking through their website and having a confirmation email, upon arrival, I was informed they had no record of my reservation. Despite showing the email, the owner conveyed an inability to assist. She with an arrogant tone of voice said that nothing she could do about it. Moreover, despite arriving early and witnessing empty rooms being cleaned, I was told all rooms were occupied. The owner lied on my face because I saw empty ones and cleaners at work cleaning the rooms. It added further frustration and made the situation even more upsetting. It's disheartening when a place doesn't honor their bookings and doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes. I traveled to more than 120 countries and I have never witnessed this kind of arrogance, the treatment of a guest, and the behavior of the owner. Avoid all costs.
