A very bad experience I would not recommend this hotel had issues checking in had issues with gate card and room card no after hours reception and a long way to airport not 2.2km as advertised. Very basic room

We stayed 2 nights in Darwin resort with different bookings and different prices The resort was short of staff Therefore the first accomodatiion was not clean The second night was good The staff was very helpful when a door did not close properly immediately several technicians were sent to fix it The location is perfect if hyoid want to be close to darwin fannnie baye and close to the airport The location is next to a military base with planes coming over very low m as only in the morning and at the end of the day Overall we enjoyed our stay

Needed a reasonably priced place to stay for my last night in Darwin so thought it would be good to stay near the airport. Service was good. Didn't eat any food of theirs there so can't comment on that. Location was great. Even though I could hear planes it didn't disturb me. Handy to a big shopping centre. Facilities were basic. Don't know whether it had a pool. There was a small barbecue area but didn't use it.

W e arrived after hours and had problem finding the actual room,which got changed from original one, and was right around the other side of the resort.Being early hours of the morning, we didn't know exactly where to go and through which gate,(as written in directions).When we got into the room,(that was upstairs and we weren't told this),we found insects crawling on the walls,the blinds had chains hanging broken and the toilet seat was broken!! The pillows were so flat & bed was very uncomfortable.Would not stay here again, no matter that it was very close to the airport.

Absolutely disgraceful after hours check-in process. Office closes at 3pm, with nil advice on booking this occurs (especially this early!). Phone number on door for late check-in, led to being give multiple incorrect codes for the lock box. Finally received an email telling one to download an app, verify email to receive digital room key. (Lucky we're tech savvy enough). All in all, took almost an hour to get a room key via the digital app! Lighting on the walk to the rooms is terrible, considering you are dragging luggage. Rooms, nicely renovated. Maybe one of the best showers I've ever had in any accommodation, so a nice plus there. Colleague's said the bed felt old, springs were pushing through. And to top it off, my TV was without remote, and unable to search channels easily manually as the buttons were not functioning. Only able to move through a couple of channels, all DTV and little to no signal.

1)Toilet roll small just left over from the previous guest. 2) body wash empty. 3) Blanket is smell not good how many guest used it should be wash after for the sake of your next guest (hygiene) Really bad smell. 4) Dusty also the fan 5) my room did not service 6) the door cant lock when you leave. So need to bring my bag with me ., 7) seems this room is not inspected before checking in 7) no bin liner

The room we got is really old room but in okay condition consider that it only cost $70+. However what is not acceptable is the sewage smell that coming from the bathroom. It seems like the room hasnt been refreshed or check prior to guest check in. We have to run all the water in shower n sink just to get the smell out. Later at the night, we were wonder why the room not cool despite the AC set at 16 full blast fan. We were surprised when we open the unit to see the filter and it was really bad. As soon as we take out the filter, the unit blows really well. Would I come back again to here? Probably yes, considering that it close to the airport and its cheap for my overnight stay before catching 4am flight every week.
