The kitchen and dining area are situated next to one another, featuring granite countertops, a dining table, tiled flooring and modern appliances. A stackable washer dryer are included. The spacious dining area can also serve as a workspace, providing complimentary in-unit wireless internet. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
An accordion door is available to separate the living area, providing privacy for use of the Queen Murphy bed. The space features two leather couches, ideal for relaxation while watching TV or enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace and views of the patio.
The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, a private deck, a TV and an additional bathroom that includes a jetted tub and shower combination, along with a modern vanity.
The second bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, one of which features a double bed on the lower level, a flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
The third bathroom is situated in the corridor that lies between the two bedrooms.
The open lot accommodates parking for a single vehicle. Additional vehicles may be parked in the resort lots for a fee or at no cost in the downtown Winter Park parking garage.
The property offers a range of amenities including hot tubs, a swimming pool, a game room, a business center, and fitness facilities.
It is important to note that the Iron Horse property is situated along the skier's corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. To utilize the ski-in/ski-out feature of the property, all skiers must possess an intermediate skill level or above. It is mandatory for all guests to prominently display the parking pass issued by the unit in their vehicle to avoid the risk of towing; this regulation is rigorously enforced on the premises.
