Wszystko prawidłowo. Śniadania świetne, bardzo dobre i wysoko jakościowe jedzenie. Pokoje prawidłowo zaprojektowane, przestronne, chyba każdy pokój ma widok na góry. W okolicach trasy rowerowe, stok narciarski kawałek dalej - do przejechania samochodem/busem. Fajny parking podziemny. W godzinach szczytu na windy trzeba dłużej poczekać, a jak już przyjadą to przepełnione.

Hotel oceniam na piątkę ! Jednak zawsze są jakieś małe minusy a wiec jeden minus to windy na które się troszkę czassm czeka i drugim minusem to jednak mały wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu

Only for families with kids. Food choice for kids is ok. For adults in a supposed 5 star hotel it’s very very poor. Pool and kids facilities are excellent. Prices are totally crazy. Eur 10 for a half glass of cheap white wine. In the supermarket a bottle is probably less than that. To cap it all there’s a 15 minute q to order a drink and then another wait of maybe 10 mins to collect it at the bar. Never seen this in a hotel that. Liam’s ti be 5 star. Everywhere you look there are maintenance issues

Crystal Mountain Hotel exceeded all our expectations! The stunning views, luxurious rooms, and top-notch facilities made our stay unforgettable. We have checked for 2 days in November 2024 at Crystal Moutain hotel in Wisla. Unfortunatelly there were slight issues at the beggining of our stay which have made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Nothing serious but still annoying. Evening upon check in we had decide to complain to reception. We have been serviced by Deputy Hotel Director Mr. Krystian K. who resolved all issues timely with a smile and understanding. We have enjoyed our stay as much as we have expected and have excellent memories from our stay at Crystal Mountain hotel. if you face issues please talk to Managers as they are happy tohear it for improvement actions and happy to help to resolve it

It’s a lot more Blackpool-like than we would normally choose, but we didn’t have a choice as it was booked by the company that’s paying for our stay, so we have no right to complain!. Huge number of flashing lights in the public areas, lots of kids running around but it’s half-term so it’s expected. Room is very well appointed, lots of facilities around the hotel, a la carte restaurant food ok but not brilliant, staff not that friendly or helpful but maybe that’s because we’re not Polish! Great for families with kids but not cheap by all accounts. Not somewhere I’d return to, but on balance perfectly acceptable.

Pros - beautiful location with stunning views, modern and spacious rooms, multiple amenities for little children Cons - non-existent service, no desire to help/solve anything and a very limited command of English What differentiates 2 star vs 5 star hotel is the level of provided service. Unfortunately, the Crystal resort did not deliver. We could not get the temperature in our room below 26 degrees. When I called the reception, they tried to persuade me that our balcony door must be opened. Indeed, it was not. The A/C maintenance guy who came in just decreased the setting to 18 degrees when I explained to him that the system was not cooling the room the entire night. His answer was ‘It’s 30 degrees outside, you can’t expect anything else’. Well, we didn’t pay to sweat all night. The food was limited but good - however, don’t expect any service either. The servers are there purely to pick up dirty dishes. The parking is laughable at 70 pln per night when right outside the entry door is a surface parking lot for half. The cherry on a cake was during our check out. The entire property including the amenities is accessible only with the room card. After we checked out at 10:30 am, I wanted to take my son to the playground before leaving the hotel - not knowing how much drama that would be. The front desk personnel informed me that they can’t let me keep the card without extending our room reservation. Essentially, people cannot use any facilities before/after they check in/out. Never have I ever experienced this ‘non-issue’ in any other 5 star property. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I spent a week on hotel with two small kids. It was great time. We enjoyed food very much as well as kids indoor playground and pool. I will recommend that hotel to anyone who want to have quality time. Stunning views and great high quality rooms .

Hotel is nice, great area for kids. We have been there with our little one and he enjoy it. Food was medium (not great, not terrible). Room was ok, but TV should be at least connected to the Internet, if this is 5star hotel (no youtube, no netflix). Location is in woods with great view, but is little bit out from everything (1,5 km into the steep hill makes for walking difficult)

Great time with wife and kids! Room: could be bigger, but it was ok Swimming pool: great! Everyone can find something for himself, there are 4 pools, including one for adults and one for babies. Restaurant: Tasty food, we really enjoyed it. Activities for children: facilitated by "Kaczki Dziwaczki", just great, kids have had a great time (and parents too;)) Sauna infrastructure: perfect! Sauna culture: so bad! Staff should inform people entering the sauna area, that swimming costumes are forbidden there. When I was in aromatic (!) sauna: 1) 4 guys entered with words "c'mon, let's dry our pants" 2) the woman entered without closing the door and said "maybe with fresh air it would be better" The whole sauna area should be renamed and should be called "Great swimming costume dryer", it would be more suitable in those circumstances. Even if the hotel doesn't want to lost people in swimming costumes, it should divide saunas and create "family area" and "real sauna area", there still would be enough space for everyone. And this is the only reason I cannot rate the hotel better than 4/5.

It’s just sad. Premium paid for mediocre service. Lovely backgrounds just to be destroyed by concrete and glass without any higher meaning. Staff treats you like unwanted neighbor even though you’re paying couple grands. Food is no more than hotel standard. Going further we booked three days and we were practically kicked out due to postponing our stay to next weekend and someone misinterpreted our schedule. They made us wait couple hours until decided their approach when we told them that we booked 3 nights. Customer is always right? Hah, not here. If you’re looking for a pleasing place, do not come here, there are many better and nicer places than this synthetic wannabe glamour festival.

Super location for ski Lovers. We were there on March 2022 after winter holidays. Close to Skolnity, Ciemkow, Stożek, Czantoria ski slope. HB option worth recommendation - variety of food in the buffet and great view

Crystal mountain hotel was just perfect. Beautiful location. Excellent food. Irena Eris treatment was just something i will definitely come back for. Staff extremely polite. No time for boredom. This was just perfect family stay. Thank you ❤️
