Anew Hotel Highveld Emalahleni

The room was very clean and very spacious. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and friendly The food well cooked and very fresh

The service from front desk and waiters at the hotel is pathetic, they are either not there or complaining when a customer ask for something, I request a breakfast pack in the morning and this was a mission from mars. Such a petty because the infrastructure is great but the service very poor.

What a pleasant stay at the ANEW hotel highveld i really enjoyed the hospitality and its close to all amenities

I loved my stay here, I got this huge room with a full bathroom. Room service was the best, I ordered the chicken livers as staters then fried calamari with veggies as main. The food was delicious that I had to hold myself from ordering seconds, even better is that I placed an order that for a lunch pack to take with the following day and that was equally delicious. I didn't have time for breakfast but it was a schlep that when I ordered a cappuccino in the morning I had to pay out of my pocket, they couldn't charge it to the room which was paid for by the company. Another schlep was that the heater in the room was not working but luckily they brought in a portable heater which helped because it was cold. I think this will be my go to hotel from now on when travelling in that area for work.

Place was neat and receptionist was friendly, food was very nice it was buffet day. Cool place is cool to visit again

I always enjoy my stay with anew hotel anywhere in the country. Keep up the good work. Maintain the homely feeling of your space. My name on the TV screen was a wonderful touch. It made me feel important to you.
