It was a great short stay of 2 days to attend a family wedding. The cottage was clean and tidy and very well maintained. The views of the surrounding mountains and valley were fantastic. I recommend these cottages for anyone seeking solitude and an escape from the stresses of city life.

We absolutely loved our far to brief stay in the Kingfisher Cottage. Everything was as advertised. The tranquility and spectacular views will most certainly bring us back again. Bed was lovely and comfortable, the gas fire place appreciated. What a truly special place.

The Blue Summit cottages are such a pleasure to stay at. All you need for a truly magical holiday, with stunning country views, a spa and well appointed kitchen. Also very secluded and quiet. A very short drive to Maleny’s Maple St. Highly recommended!

Cottage was as per the photographs and the scennery out the back was just awesome. Quiet and peaceful location and a great spot to watch sunsets or approaching thunderstorms. Only there for two nights but left feeling recharged and ready face another working week.

I was looking for a brief escape to the country over Christmas and decided to return to Blue Summit Cottages where I have stayed twice before. Whilst the cottage itself was clean and comfortable, it was the panoramic views from both inside the cottage and outside on the spacious and private verandah which drew me back there this year. I will no doubt return again when seeking a tranquil haven of peace and serenity.

Spent ten nights in the Kingfisher cottage at Blue Summit. The cottage was spotless, the bed very comfortable and a good shower. Steve and Aliana welcomed us and said if we needed anything just get in touch. If you are are looking for a holiday with peace and tranquility this place scores 10 out of 10. The cottage is very private with a panoramic view of the mountains.

Beautiful cottage with a relaxed feel. Has everything you need, super comfy bed and a full kitchen. Very clean and well laid out. WiFi and Netflix etc. Gas fire place which we didn’t use as it was warm. Glad e the air on worked well. Amazing views, stunning sunsets and great nature sounds. Will definitely be back.

First thing to know, this is an adults-only property, kids not allowed. So it's refreshingly quiet, incredibly quiet as the cottages are several hundred metres from the road overlooking a sensational view, 5 miles out of town in the Australia's sparsely populated hinterland. There are four cottages, all seem to have a spa bath and fully equipped kitchen - Kingfisher cottage is the newest and has a dishwasher. Plenty to watch outside the windows, wildlife and farm stock, alpacas, cattle, horses, chooks and all kinds of birds and parrots. We booked a week to relax and immediately booked a second week.

Great location approximately 7 minutes from Maleny. We stayed in the Kingfisher Cottage for 3 nights. The cottage is laid out nicely, modern, clean and private. Undercover parking is just steps away from your cottage. All utensils are provided in the fully equiped kitchen. The gas fireplace was easy to use, and you can login to various streaming apps on the tv (be sure to logout prior to your departure). The highlight of the room is the spa. Check in and out is easy, we were not disturbed during our stay. Steve was lovely, told us some of the history of the cottages and was kind enough to allow us the feed two Alpacas that reside beside the cottage. An excellent stay and I highly recommend Blue Summit Cottages.
