Downtown Motel

環境不錯的motel，位置很好，如果自己開車的話會非常方便，房價寬敞，就是設施比較老舊

My husband had an operation at Wollongong and we caught train up and stayed overnight at Downtown motel so he could recover. People started fighting ,screaming and banging on doors. We didn't sleep and were terrified to turn light on as they were outside our room. The police came and took 2 People away. We rang the motel the next day 10 times and the phone had been unavailable to reach. I rang 2 days later and told the manager what had happened and asked for a refund. She asked me why I didn't ring the police or the number on the back of the door. I told her I was too frightened to turn the light on as they were outside our room. We were told no refund theses things happen. Maybe a discount next time. They have a duty of care to make sure their guests are safe.
