I recently stayed at Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. Despite booking a Deluxe Room, the hotel was in a very poor condition. As the staff was very welcoming the cleanliness of the room was lacking. It was evident that proper cleaning had not taken place prior to our arrival. The floors were dirty, and there was visible stain on various surfaces. This was quite disappointing, especially considering the higher category room we had chosen. Furthermore, the state of the bathroom was alarming. It was completely covered in mold. The presence of mold not only indicates poor maintenance but also poses health risks for guests. This level of negligence was unacceptable and greatly affected our overall experience. Additionally, the condition of the pool was also subpar. It seemed as though maintenance was lacking, as the pool appeared dirty and not well-taken care of. This was disappointing, as one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was to enjoy the pool facilities. Overall, Kresna Gallery in Wonosobo is in dire need of renovation and refurbishment. The poor condition of the rooms, the moldy bathroom, and the neglected pool greatly impacted the quality of our stay.
