London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel, BW Signature Collection recensioner

It was a lovely stay. The hotel is neat with supportive and helpful staff, especially Kupta. I was a little bit unhappy about my room’s location next to the lift. I could hear the lift’s movements and some inconsiderate guests having full blown conversations in the corotor at 2am. Other than this, I would recommend this hotel

The hotel is lovely however it costs £10 a night to park. When I arrived they said that they had cancelled my booking and there wasn’t a room for me. They said they’d contacted trip.com but I’d received no details. After 30 minutes of stressful debate they gave me someone else’s room so I’m sure someone else had to go through the same stress.

Very happy with my stay at this hotel. I’d seen a few negative reviews prior to arrival but I must say it exceeded my expectations. Excellent location to where we needed to go, the staff were very helpful and friendly the room was excellent and spacious and would definitely return.

Great visit, I really appreciate the staff, the place is clean.
