Hampton Inn Atlanta/Woodstock

Smokers at the front door, not much of a breakfast and a barking dog for HOURS! Not even greeted as a Hilton Honors Guest upon arrival. We complained about the dog to staff and via text to the hotel with NO relief. Inconsiderate guest let the dog bark for hours. Interrupted sleep and any chance of quiet time. No one responded to our complaints. No coffee, oatmeal, milk, or much of anything at breakfast and it was over an hour before breakfast was scheduled to end. Smokers were allowed to smoke at the entryway.

Visiting family, relaxing weekend. Comfortable, clean, easy access Check in seamless friendly and professional. Even helpful after DoorDash apathetic service- troubleshooting how dasher left food at neighboring resort. Would make return visit

Stayed one night with husbands. Beds were okay, but bathroom was another story. The tub looked old and dirty. The plug for the tub drain was completely rusted and in order to get the water to drain, we had to put something under it to get it to stay open. Should not be renting this room until the bathroom is redone. Lady filling breakfast was very nice, but a woman came in from outside the hotel and loaded up plates of food depleting the breakfast bar to take it out to her car and leave. Woman at the desk didn’t say or do a thing, maybe this is common practice?

Friendly staff, housekeeping requests met promptly, breakfast bar good enough to eat there. Pet friendly. Our Springer Spaniel made friends with the staff. Other guests didn't mind a dog on site. Oliver got lots of attention. from both.

As a Hilton Honors member I have to say this hotel was one of the least pleasant stays. No greeting as a member, not even an offer for water, requested the soap in the shower to be refilled and the staff did not understand our request. I went to the desk and the associate there informed me they do not have soap for the shower only bar soap. Room was not that clean, breakfast was very limited, coffee was horrible, and WiFi was poor. No email offer to review from Hilton for this stay. surprisingly.

This hotel was horrible. Dirty, moldy. Congested and could not sleep. Bathroom door would not close. Security exterior door on building was cut off. Big gaping hole and door swung open/unlocked. We’re booked and paid for at Marriott across street but clerk gave our “uncancelable” suite away before we got there and sent us across street to this cesspool. Though not affiliated by chain, both hotels owned by same person so “sister hotel”. Will never stay here again. Very nice Holiday Inn short drive away. Very clean and well maintained.

The place was under major construction for the front entrance, looked closed. Had to walk thru a construction site to get in. Room was dirty, bathtub chipped and dirty, chair dirty, bath door old and rotted. The only part worse than the condition of the site and the room was the attitude of the 2 women working behind the desk on November 14, about 1pm. Said nothing when I checked in about me being Diamond, did not offer me water or tell me about breakfast. When I ask who the water and treats were for she responded "Diamond members". I ask if the computer showed I was a Diamond member since I booked with the app, she said no. Hmmmm. I went to the room saw the condition came back and said Id like to try another place. Neither one asked me a single question why or if there was anything they could do. There is no more place befitting for these 2 women to work. Best of luck to them for a very long career at the Hampton Inn Woodstock Georgia.

We travel a lot for baseball and have stayed in several Hampton Inns and usually know what kind of standard of quality to expect. This Hampton Inn was in a nice area, but the quality of our room and overall cleanliness of the hotel was pretty bad. We were supposed to stay at this same hotel again for an upcoming tournament but we have canceled our reservation and found somewhere else to stay instead. It just wasn’t clean and the bathroom was disgusting. There was no exhaust fan. There was a lot of mold on the ceiling, the door was peeling up from the bottom, the floor was dirty, and the bathtub didn’t drain. I didn’t enjoy standing in a bathtub full of water every time I showered. My husband is not usually picky about where we stay and he made the decision that we would cancel our future reservation and not return here again. Very disappointed! I’m not picky about hotels but I do want them to be clean.
