Premier Inn Warrington (M6/J21)

Stayed here whilst attending a family wedding, room was lovely and clean. Reception staff were accommodating and helpful. They managed to fulfil my requests of a high floor room. The hotel was very busy at the time but the staff always had smiles on there faces 😁 i will be back!

Rooms was acceptable, comfortable and clean - apart from the noisy bathroom fan. Evening meal was fine, but breakfast was very disappointing. Hot food was definitely not hot, and apoeared to hve been left standing for a long time. Not at all appetising, and most of it not eatable. We had to make do with coffe, toast, and cereal ( toasters looked old, battered and rusty). Communal areas were not well kept, carpets need replacing, hard floors were sticky underfoot.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable. No traffic noise. Visiting friends from time to time means we always stop here to break the journey. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Overall , one of the best Premier Inns to stay at and a few minutes off the M6.

Stopped at Premier inn for one night. Greeted with really friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Room was absolutely spotless, the next day each and every staff member greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and of reasonable cost. Lovely hostess again, couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location for a midway stop between home and my destination. Surprisingly quiet given the little cation next to the M6. A very quiet junction as well and easy to rejoin the M6 in the morning. Warm welcome at reception and the room was spotless with a great bed. My only disappointment was the disconnect of the HDMI connection on the wall with the TV. Would be great if this could be reinstated again.

I have regularly stayed at this Premier Inn now for business purposes for a couple of years. There is no air conditioning and on occasion this has proved uncomfortable if you get a room without opening windows or a fan. The room is pretty standard and the cleanliness is spot on. However, I am given a food allowance for the restaurant and on my last two visits I would say the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant has gone down hill. You can wait a while for someone to seat you, so much so that I just seat myself now. The food is now dire, I used to enjoy it but the stark contrast recently has made it obvious that something has changed in the kitchen! ie. staff change. I came down to breakfast at 8am, not late, there was hardly any food left, no continental at all. The other irritiating thing which to be fair has always happened is that when I turn up at 5.30pm and ask for a table at 6pm I am always told no we are far too busy.....it never looks busy to me. This occasion I was told I cannot have a table in the restaurant for 6pm but I can sit in the bar area and order at the bar off of the SAME menu from the SAME kitchen at 6pm, very bizarre, there is only a shelving divider between the two areas! Next visit I am taking my custom to The Village in Warrington, a bit further out for me but in the hope I can eat a decent meal at a time I would like and have air conditioning in the room. Maybe its the lack of competition from the Holiday Inn over the road that is causing complacency?!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Rooms like a sauna, it was 26 degrees in there when it was cold outside and we couldn’t sleep. Reception didn’t care. Called to complained and they said they don’t advertise air con so we should have known it was going to be hot!

I stayed in this Hotel a few times and I never had any issues. Great position next to the M6 and close enough (with a car) to Warrington's restaurants.
