Premier Inn Worcester City Centre

Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :)

The location is fantastic. You are next to the County cricket ground and the river. All the sights of the city are close at hand from the museums, cathedral and shops. The hotel itself is really friendly from arrival to departure. We had the food package and we were very happy with it. The food was excellent, plentiful and served with a smile. Highly recommended.

Air-conditioning in room not working. Breakfast not served up till after 7:30, queues 10-15 deep waiting for food to be refilled, then ran out of plates. When eventually reached the front of the queue there was 1 sausage, no bacon, no mushrooms, eggs or black pudding, 3 hashbrown, a tomatoes and a few beans remaining. Not the unlimited breakfast I was looking forward too. The room was clean enough and good view of the cricket, but the room was not made up after first day.

stayed here for 3 nights,car park on site,close to shops,pubs and restaurants.met at desk by a very friendly member of staff (millie),who directed us to our rooms.we payed a little extra for cricket field view well worth it,room clean and tidy,comfy bed,aircon,tea coffee.lovely view also from bar area very pleasent.great choice of food on menu,booked meal deal for first night,enjoyed food and two members of staff who served us(millie and cody)enjoyed so much ate here for each night.breakfast nice choice and plenty of it.will definitely recommend staff was so friendly and great food.

Disappointing experience. No one on reception when checking in, all done by tapping a screen. We were woken at 1.15am by staff moving furniture and hoovering which went on for half an hour. I complained the next morning before checking out and a staff member apologised and said to contact guest relations. When I followed this up I was told that there was no record of me speaking to the staff. I didn't think to take the name of the person so if this happens to you, then take their name!
