Hotel is very good, clean, services good, people are nice.

Maybe we were unlucky but we had to put up with feral children roaming the corridors screaming and shouting for most of the late evening which took management several hours to resolve. However no sooner was that dealt with when the adjacent car park got taken over by boy racers who seemingly use the nearby dual carriageway as some sort of race track. Roll on several hours of screeching, engine revving and loud car stereos. This went on until around 1:30am. Finally we thought we might be able to get some sleep but alas no due to the roasting hot room - 22C in February! So we had to put the very noisy air-con on which kept us awake most of the rest of the night (seeing as how the windows were not openable). Real shame as this is a modern well equipped Premier Inn but the bottom line is getting a decent night's sleep which was an abject failure. Left a day early as we couldn't face a 2nd night of it...

Fantastic hotel, staff always so lovely and helpful and hotel is always spotless and plenty of teas/coffees at reception. Stay here every year when visiting family and look forward to staying with you again in the future. Well done to all staff in hotel and restaurant.

Nice Hotel situated very conveniently for clumber park, Sherwood Forest, Mansfield, & many other attractions. Rooms are always beautifully clean, staff are excellent & very friendly. Michelle has helped us on many occasions. Foods great & plenty of choice. Plenty of parking space that’s free. Good WiFi. Accessibility is great for anyone with mobility issues. Always a good stay here. Thank you Worksop.

It was just one of those days—long travel, delays, and stress. But April, the receptionist, turned it around completely. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Her warm smile and kind words made me feel so welcome. Truly a star employee

Fantastic accommodation, exceptionally clean, very comfortable and stylish rooms, especially liked the lighting options including the purple behind the bed. Bed and pillows just right for a good nights sleep, andnthe adjoining beefeater great value for money.

I visited Premier inn worksop from 7th to 10th january 2025. I was in a ground floor whellchair accessible room. The room was very large and had great access for my electric wheelchair. The wet room was ideal and very accessible too. The staff were very helpful with opening doors and just being very pleasant in general. The only thing that could improve would be to have adjustable raised beds and softer mattress as i found the bed a little uncomfortable and it interrupted my sleep. Their was not any noise from the other guests and they were very friendly and helpful too. The beefeater was very large and accessible. The gentleman on duty yesterday morning and this morning was pleasant and very helpful too. The menu has a wide variety but could possibly offer soup as a starter.

The rooms are so nice, big and clean. Better than some 5* hotels. The staff are friendly and so helpful. My only complaints would be that the bacon looked like it had just been boiled instead of having any type of colour The only thing missing was a fridge in the room.
