Bex Rooms

Dirty rooms. Your staying in a shed. Rude staff. Awful food. Very expensive. Much better places to stay and cheaper near by. Our children caught fleas from bedding and floors.It was the worst experience ever.

We booked a superior room on *********** and expected to receive a code for the room the day before arrival. This did not arrive and Ben rooms did not respond to our request. We had to contact *********** On arrival at the accommodation we found we needed an additional code to enter the lobby. After 2 phone calls this we received this code The entrance area was dreadful cigarette ends weeds etc and was badly lit. The room was very basic. The toilet made a loud noise every time u flushed it and you could not see out of the windows as they had been made opaque. This gave the room a very dark and dingy feel. It was room number 3. We don’t like to think what the other rooms are like if this was superior. The only redeeming feature was the quality of the bed and bed linen. We paid £258 for 2 nights but left after 1 night The area did not feel particularly safe especially for someone arriving on their own and faced with entrance
