Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village

We were surprising our friend for her 50th birthday and as soon as we arrived and told Millie on reception our situation, she went full steam ahead and helped us out with the right place to wait, etc. She even came out and gave us a bird squawk to let us know our friend was in the building! Give that girl a medal. All the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The spa is lovely and strikes the right balance of making guests feeling special, yet not being pretentious. The lunch menu is varied and all our food was delicious. The drinks at the bar and in the restaurant are fairly pricey, - £8 for a glass of Prosecco and £12 for a large glass of wine, but that would be the only criticism. The thermal journey is invigorating, especially if you're brave enough to tip the bucket of freezing cold water over your head at the end! The shower facilities and changing area are spotless and they even provide GHDs. All in all, a wonderful afternoon.

The most amazing trip from start to finish. The aquathermal journey was amazing, the deep tissue massage was amazing.... and the food , I don't know where to start !! Just superb !! Special thanks to Jane T, Kirsty and Irina for making the trip extra special.

This place is just amazing!! The spa and all the treatments. Me and my partner came for his birthday and had an amazing few days in May. 17/07/24, I came with my Mum for her birthday and she had a wonderful time. We did 2 hours of the aqua thermal, again amazing and so relaxing. Then, we both had treatments that were fantastic. My hot stone massage & Elemis products facial with Isabella was excellent. A huge thanks to Isabella, a lovely person and has such talents. Tremendous! And a huge thanks to Jenny who did my Mum’s treatments. Which she loved. We’ll be back soon!

Just got back from a wonderful overnight spa break with friends. It was our 2nd visit and it was as brilliant as the 1st. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was amazing. The food was incredible but the highlight for us is the staff. From reception to bar, restaurant and spa everyone was so friendly. We'll be back!! Can't wait 😊

For what we paid for the room for one night I just expected a lot better. Booked the whole spa package, two hour thermal journey, evening meal, room for the night and breakfast. There were loads of silverfish on the bathroom floor in the morning!! Half the TV channels didn't work. The light on the vanity mirror didn't work. I asked for a couple more decaf coffee pods for the room and was told there was a small charge, surely they're making enough money on the overpriced room?! And the evening meal in The Orangery (you'll have to see my separate review for them) was so disappointing. When checking out and asked how our stay was, I expressed all these issues without much of an apology or any great interest from the receptionist. "There's a discount code here (offered to everyone) so if you book again with us you'll get 10% off" Well I certainly won't be doing now, if you'd offered more of an apology or any compensation I might have changed my mind but certainly not recommend staying here now. The spa I can't fault, visited several times but just so very disappointed on what was meant to be a relaxing anniversary break.

Perfection - As close to the best weekend you can buy - not the lowest price - but a memorable stay - reception / rooms/ facilities / spa /chauffeur driven Bentley - too & from the restaurant- world class - truly spoiled -Breakfast excessive waiting time to be seated - 40 minutes wait/ cold toast - frozen butter - watery scramble eggs - poor service -! This breakfast service will need overhaul if we are ever to call - stay over again Anna / Spa - 2 treatments - amazing -Thanks The only other requirement for a good nights sleep - THE PILLOWS ( Room 1041 ) go check them out !
