Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village

From the moment we arrived we were provided with high class service. I’ve booked this trip for my birthday as a celebration. All staff made my trip special. We really appreciated the upgraded room. What a lovely gesture. What an amazing suite with lounge and our own balcony. We just loved it. We ate in the Orangery. The food was unbelievably good. The hotel was spotless and nothing was too difficult for any hotel staff. The spa was amazing, if you want a great relaxing time with attention for detail. This is your place.

This place is just amazing!! The spa and all the treatments. Me and my partner came for his birthday and had an amazing few days in May. 17/07/24, I came with my Mum for her birthday and she had a wonderful time. We did 2 hours of the aqua thermal, again amazing and so relaxing. Then, we both had treatments that were fantastic. My hot stone massage & Elemis products facial with Isabella was excellent. A huge thanks to Isabella, a lovely person and has such talents. Tremendous! And a huge thanks to Jenny who did my Mum’s treatments. Which she loved. We’ll be back soon!

We have just been to the Spa hotel at Ribbyhall, it was a beautiful time, it is the best place to enjoy a relaxing time. The aqua thermal journey was amazing, the food was beautiful and everywhere was lovely and clean. The staff are great they look after you so much there service is outstanding, so I would like to thank the staff for the wonderful hospitality xxx We hope to come again very soon

We have just got back from a 2 night spa break here and have had the most wonderful time. From the moment we walked in we felt an air of calm and peace, we were greeted by a doorman and then a lovely lady on reception (I forget her name) who got us checked in and explained everything really well, making us feel welcome and at ease. The spa is beautiful and clean, with plenty of different thermal experiences to choose from. There was around 3 different steam rooms and 4 saunas, all with different benefits and aromatherapy aspects. Additionally, there is a beautiful indoor hydrotherapy pool and two outdoor hot tubs. The outdoor area is lovely, with plenty of seating areas which are heated and cosy so can even be enjoyed in the cooler months. There was experience showers, a foot spa and even a bar so you could enjoy drinks in the jacuzzi. The spa is perfectly designed for a restful and therapeutic experience and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The staff can’t do enough to help you and are so friendly and welcoming. There is water stations available indoors as well as an ice station and ice bucket to cool down. They have thought everything through to the smallest details and it really shows. Our room was perfect, the bed was comfortable and huge, everywhere was clean, there was a fully stocked tea and coffee station with biscuits and a range of choices as well as water in the room. The TV was great and easy to use and connect your own devices to. You could easily adjust the room temperature using a thermostat. The bathroom was beautiful and we were given fresh towels both days. We ate in the orangery both evenings but there was too the option of going to the Italian restaurant they had on site. The food in the Orangery was beyond superb. From the complimentary bread to our fillet steaks, the food was delicious and well worth the prices. The service in the restaurant was outstanding and we were well looked after by our server Phillip who was welcoming, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the food on offer. He really did make the experience for us, being so attentive and making us laugh, and topped off the whole atmosphere perfectly. Everyone was so kind and really couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast too was delicious, we had the option of going to the restaurant or having room service so we did one of each which was great, there was plenty of options to choose from catering to all tastes. I highly recommend The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village, our whole stay was absolute perfection, from the wonderful staff who provide impeccable service, to the beautiful rooms, gorgeous spa and the excellent food on offer. We will definitely be back and will be recommending to all our friends and family.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by a pleasant receptionist who explained everything clearly to myself and my wife. Our room.was clean and an ideal size. My wife had booked 2 hot stone back massages and my massage was absolutely fantastic ( Basia was absolutely brilliant as a masseur ) We then visited the aqua thermal areas of the spa , which were impeccable. For dinner we both had 2 starters and mains which we both thought were probably the best we have ever had at this hotel ( been here a few times since it opened ) . Les by the way at dinner was very knowledgeable and is a credit to the hotel. We hadn't been here since summer 2022 but rest assured it won't be that long again until our next visit.

Very busy and very crowded could not get in some of the Jacuzzi it was that busy. Good point staff was very pleasant on arrival but unfortunately in my opinion it was too crowded. They crammed too many people in and it was very unpleasant. Mail changing rooms were very very cramped and small.
