We stayed here for 4D3N during our recent visit and it was a memorable experience for all of us. The place is comfortable & the host is really friendly. What makes this place so special? The host's service & hospitality. It is totally above and beyond which makes us really happy with our stay. Despite having a language barrier (we cannot speak or understand Mandarin), the family manages to accommodate all our requests and make us feel welcome. Upon confirmation, we contacted the host through WeChat and he helped us to arrange for return trip transportation from Harbin to Wuchang. Other activities that were arranged by the host: horse-drawn sleigh, visit to frozen waterfall & mini amusement park, private transfer to Snow Valley (journey approx. 2.5hrs/way), snowmobile to Bear Hill with other activities, play firecrackers during Lantern Festival, hot water splash in winter. Should you want to experience Northeastern hospitality, I highly recommend to put Kuolanting Inn as your choice. P/s: For Muslim traveller, there is no halal food available here, so please be prepared beforehand.

The best guesthouse I have ever stayed in. The best host, the best service, the best hospitality! This place is highly recommended, you won’t regret booking here. The price is incomparable with the service you received. The room says it comes with breakfast but we ate their food all the time😅(breakfast, lunch, teatime, dinner). Free flow of fruits, hot water, you can use their kitchen to cook. It made us feel home its like going back to your grandparents house. The host offered us to sleep in the other room and leave our luggage in the original room just because our window handle was broken and the room gets colder at night but we refused because we didn’t want to trouble the host for a small minor issues. Plus the blanket was so thick we slept like a baby. We were out of our budget to go for the mountain’s activities plus it was extremely cold, and the host took us out to try various outdoor games like sliding, tubing, and games that I didn’t even know what they are called and all these are for free! My friend’s boots were mistakenly worn by other guest who just left and the host drove my friend off to chase the bus and search for the boots, so responsible! We ate lots of their food and they only charged 10yuan for 2 people (so cheap!) and by the time I wanted to pay, I didn’t have small change and took out 100yuan, the host immediately refused to take the money and said “no need”. I felt like crying instantly as to how kind this host is and this really touched our hearts. We wish to comeback in the future and stay longer!

I rarely write review.BUT PLEASE if you guys ever come to wuchang this is the best for you to stay. You won’t get 5 star accommodation but you will get 1000 stars of hospitality. They are the best host I ever met. So kind,so warm and so helpful. They make sure our stay was pleasant. Making sure the kids have a good time. They like to play with the kids. My daughter usually doesn’t get well with the strangers,but she get attached to the host the first time we step in to the hotel. If i ever come back to Harbin i will stay here longer. This place make me fall in love with my Harbin trip. If I only stay in Harbin I might find this trip is not a memorable one. The best!

We are so happy with our stay here! The host family is incredibly kind, friendly, and caring. They took excellent care of us, even providing proper attire and shoes for the heavy winter weather. They generously allowed us to use the kitchen and pick vegetables, onions, and eggs at no extra cost. We enjoyed walking through the charming village as the owner personally assisted and guided us. We also had so much fun playing tube sliding right in front of the house, fishing in the frozen river, and exploring beautiful spots for sightseeing and play. The hosts even drove us to various places without charging anything, making us feel truly at home. Our 4-day, 3-night stay was so lovely and comfortable that we left with happy tears, already wishing to return. This was the best stay I’ve ever experienced, and I hope to come back soon with my family and friends. Thank you so much for everything!

The service of the room is very good, the people are attentive, the food is delicious, and the owner of the room is very helpful, whether it is arranging a car from Harbin to the accommodation. I forgot my bag on the mountain and the owner of the room was able to deliver it to Harbin, which was very impressive. The owner of the room is quite attentive to customers and friendly. There are many snow activities to choose from, such as snowmobiling, snow slides, and more. It was so happy and worth staying here. I really like it here. If I have a chance, I will come back again.

We are probably a few foreigners who stay in Xie Gu (Snow Valley) instead of Snow Town. The owner of the inn is very nice and the hospitality is top notch. He helped us to arrange the transfer from Harbin via the share bus. This reduces the travel time greatly. Upon arrival, his father came to pick us up from the bus stop. This ensures that we are not getting off at the wrong stop. The inn itself is clean, comfortable and the food is very good. I recommend ordering a fresh fish which will be caught at the nearby canal. The trekking to the Snow Town is a must and there will be a shuttle to bring you back in the evening. For those who are lazy, the first 5 kilometres you can ride a horse and during the uphill around 5 kilometres you can take snowmobiles. The entire route is around 15 kilometres. Overall highly recommended. It is better than I expected which made me extend my stay.

我們定的是最大的一個房間，一家人住在一起，非常方便👌🏻。年三十，在這裏過年，讓我們感受到了濃濃的年味，過了一次東北味十足的年，很是難忘。到現在回憶起來，還是回味無窮。老闆，很熱心，很熱情，各方面都有考慮到，也有照顧到。早餐乾淨衞生，午晚餐可以自己點餐，還有鐵鍋燉可以吃。客棧門口，小朋友也可以放心的玩雪，各種玩雪的工具老闆都有準備。上山玩的時候，老闆也貼心的準備了防雪套，可以防止雪灌到腿腳裏。

房間很乾凈，老闆免費給我們4人間升了6人間，住的很舒服。他們家做的飯菜也很好吃，明碼標價價格合理，尤其鍋包肉做的很好吃👍🏻老闆很熱情，免費借給我們雪夾和雪套，還幫我們燃了小篝火，免費k歌🥰狗熊嶺特別美，工作人員帶玩也很熱情，玩得非常盡興❄️整個行程雖然出了點小差錯，但整體還是非常不錯的，雪谷比雪鄉好玩太多，希望老闆生意興隆🔥

老闆服務很好，幫忙安排來回雪谷的班車，包接送到民宿，還提供一些雪谷的遊玩建議，去穿越羊山還能送到入口包接來回，凍柿子凍梨隨便吃，潑水成冰隨便玩，有啥需要主動跟老闆提都會盡量提供幫助，民宿提供早飯，午飯晚飯不想出去吃還可以直接在店裡吃，店裡的食材大多是家養的，價格在雪谷也很公道，明碼標價，沒有隱形消費。 雪谷條件有限，不能以市區標準要求，這邊的住宿條件達到平均水平以上的。 旁邊還有一個小型滑雪樂園，有一些自費的遊樂項目，也是一個玩雪好去處。

非常滿意 去雪鄉前先聯繫了老闆 幫忙包了來回哈爾濱的車 住了一晚上 第二天老闆父親帶我們去了狗熊嶺 路上就決定續住一晚 下午去河裡撈魚 晚上老闆媽媽加工的 味道很棒 第一次吃鍋包肉 味道也非常的好 小老闆一家人非常厚道 明碼實價 熱情周到 總之非常滿意

老闆人很好，服務很周到，房間很乾凈，床單和毛巾都是乾乾淨淨的，看着就很舒服。最最最重要的是房子隔音挺好，晚上美美噠睡一覺，第二天精神滿滿的出去玩

房間比較乾淨，晚上睡覺比較暖和，還出汗了。有獨立衞生間，晚上熱水也比較熱，睡覺之前還用自己的簡易泡腳桶泡了腳，好舒服。餃子好吃，晚上吃了殺豬菜（有豬心，粉腸和大腸），裏面的酸菜很酸脆，口感很好。豬肉燉豆角，豬肉好香，豆角也很好吃。最棒的是客店老闆（一家三口）服務都很好。小老闆發高燒還出去接我們，幫我們安排好接送的車輛等。我們在雪谷兩天一晚，時間緊。去到雪谷當天已經兩點，第二天老闆安排我們七點去霧凇嶺，還叫我們玩久一點，一點半下山，兩點半回到客棧，叫我們坐三點出發回哈爾濱。差不多回到客棧時，我提前叫老闆娘煮好餃子，回到可以立即吃。收拾東西，剛準備吃，有小車專門接我們坐大巴。怕司機老闆久等，我們把餃子塞到嘴巴里，囫圇吞棗。司機大佬卻説不着急，叫我們慢慢吃，他利索把我們行李箱放到車上。後來他告訴我們，雪谷到哈爾濱的車最遲是下午2：30，三點那部是其它地方經過雪谷的。他接我們到路邊等，怕我們冷，一直讓我們坐在他的小車上等，直到大巴到。服務態度非常好！棒棒噠👍

超預期的住宿體驗，大家都知道雪鄉住宿太貴，所以選擇了雪谷，而且去霧凇嶺也方便，本來擔心小朋友不適應，又怕炕太熱，擔心完全多餘了，小朋友喜歡的不得了，房間雖然簡單，但乾淨，房間不冷不熱不燥，老闆一家人都超好，提供早餐，晚上玩好了回來還可以幫忙做飯吃，離路口一兩百米的距離，老闆都會安排短駁車幫我們送到路口坐大巴，以免路滑摔着，出行怎麼坐車老闆都給安排的明明白白，整個雪谷的旅行絕對滿分

房間乾淨暖和，叔叔阿姨老闆一家熱情好客，阿姨做飯好吃，特別是魚，每樣都好吃，還帶娃去河邊撈魚回來做給我們吃，非常好的體驗，讓我們記住了雪谷，推薦的霧凇領很好玩兒拍到了最美夕陽，下次來還在他家，孩子説像去了親戚家
